had issues mounting in correct place on handlebar and throttle grip on my VS 1100.

was easy to install having go problem with it so far takes the strain on my writs when riding long distance

I ordered this item thinking like 80% of the buyers of it that it was a complete cruise control; however all I got one a piece of hard plastic that is USELESS. Add to that their customer service reps, yes 2 of them, told me it was my fault for using the pictures with the item as reference.Problem is they use the same picture on 3 different items and I actually have no idea which item is the complete cruise control. I even asked them to apply what I paid for the “junk” to a complete unit and guess what? That was a no, if I wanted my $7 back I would have to return the part, paying the return shipping. So with gas at $3.25 and postage at ~$4 I decided it wasn’t worth my time.So instead, I filed complaints with almost every agency that deals with this seller and I started with Amazon first.IF you are a victim of their type of advertising (I don’t think I can legally call it False or fraud) then I suggest you leave negative feedback as well as a negative review on this part AND contact Amazon. They do their A-to-z Guarantee and if all goes well I will get my messily $7 back; however this is not about that. It is the fact they have the WOTST customer service reps on the planet! I will NOT condone their comments to me and so since I am retiring I figured I would make it a hobby of mine to check ALL their listings and see how many more “unusual” advertising tricks they are using and then complain. Works as advertized but keep in mind, the only thing you get is the perch. The idea is to allow you to use all your old parts on a different diameter handlebar.

I guess this would do what it is supposed to do.It was purched by complete mistake. Will keep around till I might need some day

Guys, I must admit that I thought I was buying the entire throttle lock mechanism. I did not read the information as carefully as I should have. I relied too much on the picture shown. This is a double whammy, I should have taken more time to read the information and you should not have misrepresented the picture of the product being sold. I knew there was a 7/8 inch and a 1 inch adapter. I just thought this was the entire 1 inch version. I feel like I have been at the carnival; guess which nut the pea is under.Lesson learned

I thought I was ordering a cruise control for my Kawasaki Vulcan motor cycle. Instead I received a single little plastic part that made no sense to me. You will note the picture, Look at all the pieces it shows, I received ONE (1)of those pieces. I will promise you this. "YOU WON'T GET ME AGAIN".
