High quality
back rack is well made all wields are of high quality and the paint is with out flaws. Rack should last 20 years with out any problems if an occasional coat of wax is applied. It is rugged enough so a 2x4 or 2x6 just bounces off if thrown by a poorly trained lackey. I am very satisfied with the rack and it takes a lot make me happy with a purchase.

It’s a nice looking rack. Some quality control issues on Backrack and Others.
I really love the look of this rack. I switched to it from a magnum rack. There are some quality control issues with backrack: on the slats there are some sharp peaks (dimples) in the powdercoat, not noticeable from a distance, but from a foot away noticeable. The box it came in had looked like it had been opened and repackaged, it had some beauty marks on the exterior facing edge on the bottom of the rack. It’s not a deal breaker, but you get what you pay for with the discounted price point and discounted shipping. I’d rather pay more and get a perfect product, but that’s subjective. Overall experience 3.5 out of 5 starts. Install was easy.

Awesome product for the money.
We put this on one of our Dually trucks used for the transport industry. We have big light bars on all trucks and this works beautifully. Not as much vibration and shaking as we thought. We will definitely buy again.

Good product, bad shipping
Good sturdy rack but shipping is not good, the edges aren't protected and mine came all scratched up and is exposed to rusting

Nothing telling you when you purchase it that you need a mounting kit

Not happy
While this product is very sturdy and a good value for the price it is not complete. When you order it it appears to be complete but what they don’t tell you is the mounting hardware is not included, what good is it if you can’t mount it on your truck ? I’m not happy with this purchase at all because now I have to spend more money for the mounting hardware and wait even longer to install it on my truck.

TThis fit my 99 ford F250 super cab even though amazon said it didnt
I went to Backracks web site and found the rack and mount that would fit and then went back to amazon and bought the item number that matched and it fit perdect! Love my rack.
