Good selection of songs for the family

Many wonderful Christmas songs, but really could use the music so we could perhaps play along with the carolers.

I wanted to have a traditional holiday singalong and searched all over Amazon for songbooks and/or a karaoke disc for background accompaniment. I decided on this book since it seemed to have the most thorough song selection at a good price. The problem with the ones that came with discs is that there was only one book and to get more I'd need more of the full sets when I wouldn't have needed more CDs, just more books. At any rate, I wound up buying six of these and used them at a holiday party as well as on Christmas evening. Both times they were a huge hit and multiple people commented about how thorough they were with an impressive array of songs. I am really happy with the purchase. Also, it makes so much sense how the book is organized alphabetically - it makes it really easy to find the songs either by the table of contents or just flipping through. I would definitely buy this again - and in fact have since I got them in multiple orders!

This is a wonderfully complete selection for Christmas. Our family loves to sing and I bought this collection for our Christmas get-to-gether. Since I have most of the music in this collection, all I needed was lyrics that are clear to read and simply enjoy. Thank you.

I got a few of them for some Christmas caroling. It had all the popular songs we wanted.

I knew the notation would not be included, but that's not what I was looking for. I have piano music for these songs, but my friends couldn't see the lyrics while singing along. I have other caroling books, but this one has a wider selection of songs from all eras.

Exactly what I was looking for! My mother had been on the hunt for just a Christmas lyric songbook, not sheet music. This was perfect. Nice selection of songs. I would have adored a hardcover version - but I think she’s going to LOVE this copy!
