Bought for my son who continue having sore mouth and dr. said vit. B12 could be better for him, so I bought this. Let's see it's working for him or not but the good thing is he likes to have it.

Taste good, easy to swallow and perfect low dose for my needs
I actually use these tablets myself to fill a Vitamin B12 gap, the dose is exactly my requirement, the taste of these are pretty good for vitamins and these are small + easy to swallow. Highly recommend these if you are looking for a gentle and effective Vitamin B12 supplement

Child doesn't like the taste
Fro an adult, would be fine but for a "kids" vitamin, not so much. My 4 year old hates them and I tried one to see myself and it wasn't very pleasant. I didn't want the gummies as they are bad for teeth so it gets points on that perspective, but if she won't eat them, they aren't much use to me.
