I'm very disappointed with what I ordered. When I saw this I was very excited and I had high hopes for it, but as soon as I saw it not happy at all. The case is very hard to get off and on, so that's not very helpful. The printed picture of Elsa just looks like it's a cheap sticker, it doesn't look like a case that will last long at all! I thought the Elsa was supposed to be holding the apple but my Elsa's miles off the apple. Also, I was expecting for this case to come with a screen protector and a wipe but it didn't - that also disappointed me. I do not recommend anyone to buy this product.

Frozen phone case is very good, however, Snow White one is for a iPhone 4. Ordered an iPhone 5s and wrong one sent. Disappointing service, but too cheap to bother to send back. Took quite a long time to come too!

Exactly what I expected apart from Image
Exactly what I expected, fitted very well but the image is quite blurry and not great quality. Good product but I wish the image was better quality.
