Great Results
I purchased this on clearance at Ross so you can imagine I was very skeptical, but I've done other green tea cucumber masks so I was intrigued. Unlike the other review, I do have a very sensitive skin so I've learned to spot check before using on my entire face, I first did on my arm, no issues, then on my neck no issues, then on my cheek no issues....so I proceeded to do the entire face 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks and I absolutely love it to the point I'm searching high and low to find this again. As with anything, one product won't work for all, but def worked for me.

Masque of Pain
While I did not purchase this masque on Amazon, I feel compelled to advise potential buyers of my experience using this masque. I will preface this review with the fact that I do not have allergy prone skin nor have I ever had a reaction beyond occasional dryness or mild breakouts to any facial products and I have tried dozens. I applied this masque as directed on clean skin and after about 3-4 minutes I began to feel my skin getting hot. By minute 5 I realized it was a very decided burning sensation and quickly rinsed the product off with cold water. I thought "problem solved" as I began to dry my face except it wasn't and without the cold water on my face the burning quickly intensified to very, very uncomfortable. Think of the worst sunburn you have ever had on your entire face...now multiply that by 10. My skin turned cherry red, puffed slightly and burned like I had just exfoliated with battery acid. I went back and rinsed my face with clear, cold water for another few minutes which made the burning bearable. Since I was becoming dizzy and soaking wet hanging over the sink, I then filled a large bowl with water and a lot of ice and soaked a washcloth in the subzero water which I applied to my face. I kept repeating the process for close to 30 minutes while carrying on an internal debate about whether the ER was looming in my future. I have worked in the medical field for 23 years so my intuition told me to wait it out. Almost an hour into this fiasco, I began to feel the burning subside. At the hour and 15 minute mark, I was able to stop the ice water clothe soaks. Let me just reiterate that during the burning period, I honestly kept running to the mirror fully expecting sheets of skin to start peeling from my face or at the very least blisters. The pain was easily a 7 or 8. When my skin finally calmed and the burning ebbed to barely noticeable, I was left with a slightly swollen, angry red face with very delineated lines where the product was applied. The skin around my eyes shone white in comparison and I resembled someone who may have just had a chemical peel or lit the barbeque 2 inches from their face. My daughter was present for this whole debacle and at the end offered a very weak "you'll probably look ok tomorrow". The next morning my skin was still slightly puffy but had returned to normal color. Now, I don't know if I got a contaminated jar or have developed some new allergy but I use masks and exfoliators weekly and frequently try new products. The jar reads "cooling-smoothing-refreshing-nourishing"...I cannot think of anything less opposing to my experience than those words. Use at your own risk and don't say I didn't warn you!

Not recommended. Results happened three times.
My older siblings purchased this item from the store. Tried it once, she had a very burning sensation. She's not allergic to anything or doesn't have sensitive skin. She removed the mask because the pain was unbearable, left her face puffy and red. She described it as a very bad sun burn. Never used again. My other sibling also tried the mask a couple minutes ago. Again, skin is fine, no allergies or sensitivity. Wiped everything off because of the same burning sensation. It really harmed her skin and left it feeling REALLY warm if you were to touch it. She also explained it as a bad sunburn from the beach. Her face is currently hot and red. I grabbed the product and threw it out. Definitely do not recommend.
