My first introduction to the company - and YES its expensive but so worth it. Its made with avocado oil which is not cheap (no cheap rapeseed oil here!) No cheap fillers added- all natural ingredients and you definitely get that in the taste! I ordered 2 smaller jars a while ago and they didn't last me long so this time I have opted for the 630g jar which has 33 (!) avocados per jar! Not only delicious but good for you! I often add crushed raw garlic to it to warn off colds and the flu (and yes as a result noone goes near me for days- social distancing is not needed! ;) ) I wouldn't bother buying mayo with garlic added for the benefits of it raw and crushed. I've had alot of mayo as it is my weakness and this number 1 at the moment! The reviews which state its separated; the product must have arrived too cold. The company ask you to get in touch if you have problems and they send you another. Absolutely A***************************** Review: Delicious and seed oil free! - My family and I love this mayo because: - it tastes like regular mayo, unlike olive oil mayo (we use to LOVE Hellmans) - there are ZERO seed oils, just avocado oil (which is from a fruit, just like olive oil, but neutral) - the size is convenient (more value than the smaller sizes pictured) This has been a staple in our house for over a year, the only time we use another mayo is when we make it from scratch when we’ve got extra eggs (using Chosen Foods avocado oil from Costco). Honestly, if you want to avoid seed oils because you care about your health, I’d definitely recommend this one. Also love that it’s a U.K. brand! ## Features - A classic reinvented. Smooth, creamy avocado oil mayonnaise, rich enough to make even the simplest meal more satisfying, made with cold-pressed avocado oil and British free-range egg yolk. Five real ingredients, and no seed oils. Nothing else needed. - Cold-pressed avocado oil | Five real ingredients | British free-range egg yolk | Seed oil free, no rapeseed or sunflower | No added sugar or sweeteners | Keto and paleo friendly | Gluten and dairy free | Glass jar | Made in the UK | 630g - Spread it generously into sandwiches, wraps and burgers, spoon it alongside chips or roasted vegetables, or loosen it into dips, dressings, coleslaw and potato salad. Its smooth, mellow flavour makes it an easy everyday staple in the fridge. - Made with premium avocado oil, cold-pressed from the flesh of Spanish avocados for a smooth, subtly creamy flavour. Because oil makes up 80% of every jar, we choose one that brings richness and quality without overpowering the food around it. 630g - Five real ingredients, and no seed oils, added sugar or artificial additives. Mayonnaise is mostly oil, so the oil is where the quality has to be, and that is why we start with cold-pressed avocado oil rather than rapeseed or sunflower. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07JK5P8YS | | Age Range Description | All ages | | Allergen Information | Contains: Eggs | | Allergen information | Contains: Eggs | | Best Sellers Rank | 4,596 in Grocery ( See Top 100 in Grocery ) 11 in Mayonnaise | | Brand | Hunter & Gather | | Brand Name | Hunter & Gather | | Coin Variety 1 | mayonnaise | | Container Type | Jar | | Cuisine | Western cuisine | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 761 Reviews | | Diet Type | Gluten Free, Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian | | Flavour | CLASSIC - 630 | | Item Form | Cream | | Item Highlight | Made with Cold-Pressed Avocado Oil and British Free-Range Egg Yolk. Thanks** A: the only ingredients are: extra virgin avocado oil, free range egg yolk, apple cider vinegar & himilayan salt. I find it very good. **Q: I love the look of this mayonnaise, but why does it seem so expensive?** A: Because its the only one on Amazon so they put the price up, separates very easily and doesn't taste that great either. **Q: Hi, are the eggs pasteurized? Thank you.** A: Hello :-) Yes, all of our eggs are gently pasteurised. We source the finest free range, RSPCA approved eggs from the family run St. Ewe farm in Cornwall. Single source, British eggs - just how mayonnaise should be! Thanks so much, Jeff **Q: It is this one good for Dukan diet?** A: Hey, Our philosphy at Hunter & Gather is that Fat is a vital nutrient and would have been cherished by our ancestors. As such, we do not advocate restricting fat like the Duakn Diet may promote. Many of our bodies vital processes such as hormonal responses require fat. There are also fat-soluble vitamins (A,D, E, K etc.) that require the presence of good fats in our diet. We are not overly familiar with the Dukan diet however it appears it restricts the use of fats and oils. We hope that helps 🙌🏼 ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Favourite Mayo of ALL time....the best! *by H***N on 8 November 2021* This Mayo is out of this world for quality! The best mayo for Keto lifestyle *by Z***A on 1 June 2020* I can literally finish one jar in a day. It is probably the best mayo I’ve ever tasted. The whole family love it and we fight over the last spoon. It is also the healthiest option on the market, specially being on Keto. Since I have discovered this product I’ve never looked back. I am returning customer not only because of the quality of the product alone but also the support I get from the supplier. I had some jars delivered cracked or broken despite the good packaging and they have refunded me or sent me a replacement with no issue what so ever. Highly recommend it ## Frequently Bought Together - Hunter & Gather Avocado Oil Mayonnaise 630g | Seed Oil Free I Made with Pure Avocado Oil and British Free Range Egg Yolk | Paleo, Keto, Sugar & Gluten Free Avocado Mayo - Hunter & Gather Unsweetened Ketchup Sauce | 350g Classic Ketchup Keto, Paleo, Low Carb & Vegan Friendly | Free from Added Sugar & Sweeteners - Hunter & Gather Garlic Avocado Oil Mayonnaise 630g | Seed Oil Free I Made with Pure Avocado Oil & British Free Range Egg Yolk | Paleo, Keto, Sugar and Gluten Free Avocado Mayo --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/87281758-hunter-and-gather-avocado-oil-mayonnaise-630g-seed-oil-free](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/87281758-hunter-and-gather-avocado-oil-mayonnaise-630g-seed-oil-free) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
