Will this handle Vectorworks 2019 without problems?

We have clients who reported that this system is running Vectorworks 2019 just fine. We don't know which profile they are using, however. According to Vectorworks, system requirement page (you can search it online to check it too) there are three main recommended profiles: Entry, Mid-Level, and High-end. This system covers all profiles in terms of the processor, RAM, and screen resolution. It also covers all profiles in the graphics card category. In fact, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 series is the card that they recommend and that's exactly the card that this system has. The only category it's not covering is if you are also using Vectorworks with Vision in the High-end profile (entry and mid-level are fine). That particular module requires 8GB of VRAM or more. But that's, usually, available only in gaming grade notebooks, not in professional systems like ThinkPads.

Dumb questions: 1) wifi? 2) where/how do you get service if needed?

1) This computer comes with the wifi built-in. It's the latest Intel Wireless-AC 9560 model, 2x2 802.11ac, a very powerful wireless card. It also comes with the latest Bluetooth 5.0, also built-in. 2) The computer comes with the 3-year Lenovo Depot Warranty. Simply call Lenovo Tech Support and they will assist. The solid state drive is from Intel and carries a 5-year Intel warranty (contact Intel Tech Support if you need any assistance). This is one of the most reliable and powerful SSDs on the market, we are yet to hear about one to fail.

The shipping duty is 349 usd for delivery to an india address. can you please let us know if this includes all costs including custom fees?

We are located and ship from the USA. Primarily, we specialize in the US market. But, occasionally, we see customers buying our products and have them ship overseas. We only collect the shipping fee. We don't collect any customs taxes, duty, or fees for India or any other country. We don't get involved in the customs clearance either.
