It was well packaged and very easy to use. I could not ask for anything better.

I never got that store bought ice cream consistency making my own ice cream at home. I now use all half/half cream for my base. Add in strawberry Nesquick powder, Carmel topping, pinch of salt and dash of real vanilla extract. I scraped the honey consistency product from the underside of the lid for 1.5 qts and it is sticky!!! The ice cream came out creamy and after a night in the freezer should be as good as Hagen Daz

This is so difficult to both measure out (as most recipes will call for the use of measuring spoons) and clean up. Once this hits water it gets so funky and hard to clean, and measuring this out with measuring spoons makes more of a mess than molasses, especially because this container is hard to pour out of. You have to use more of them but the granules are so much easier to handle, just use those if you’re not using this in a commercial/bulk capacity.

The expiration date is May 2024, only have 5 months to use it.

Great viscosity, blends evenly into preparations, doesn’t thicken to the point of uselessness (while being stored) like other brands I have tried.

This stuff is like thick glue and messy. Lid was leaking upon arrival. Was hard to mix into my dough. Does not dissolve in water well. 🤔 Soap does clean it off easy either
