Great product
Excellent, Tier S olive oil. Does not have the peppery taste though, but still a great flavor.

Excellent Olive Oil
This is some of the best tasting olive oil I’ve had. Without breaking the bank, this olive oil is great quality and a good size. I like that it’s Italian made. It tastes great as a bread dipping oil, used on salads, drizzled on pizza, and used as a finishing oil. Not really made to be cooked with. I believe they do make an olive oil for cooking, though, which I’d love to try, too. I would definitely recommend this olive oil if you’re looking for an Italian made EVOO that isn’t overly expensive, while still delivering high quality flavor and a good sized bottle.

Real olive oil!
Perfect tasting olive oil. This olive oil turns a plain slice of Italian bread (fresh or day old) into a gourmet treat.

Best light flavor for dressing/topping foods
This is the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted. It’s very light, not overly floral tasting. I use 1/2 teaspoon on my lettuce with a little sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. I don’t need premade salad dressing anymore. This is simple and perfect on its own. You want to taste this one - not cook with it. I am super pleased with this product. It will last me a long time but I will definitely buy it again when I’m running low.

Pleasantly surprised
I'm pleasantly surprised. It is expensive. But, I can't stop using it. I wanted to get some idea of what I was missing out on, buying store brands. It has a light, grassy taste. And, a heck of a peppery kick when tasting by itself. The Pompeian (Saute) has a deeper, floater taste. I'm still considering if it's worth the price.

A really nice flavor
We had this in an Italian restaurant in Santiago, Spain and found it back here. Very nice taste.

One of the best on the market
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am very picky with my olive oil. I prefer Italian olive oil and a reputable brand. This one out performs many I have used; Lucini, Delallo, Partanna. This one is EXCELLENT in pasta salads, making fresh pesto, and cooking. It also is awesome plain with any pasta and basil.
