Strong spoon
Love this spoon. Bought it for our daughter and I liked it so much I bought one for me too! It’s got a good thick neck, a sufficiently long handle for my deep pots. And is comfortable in my hand.

Perfectly Purple
This is exactly what I was looking for. I had 2 specific wooden spoons that I had used for st least 20 years. They were my fudge spoons, as I used to sell my fudge. About 13 years ago they were removed when a friend moved out. I'm very picky about everything honestly. I ordered this spoon in large part because of the handle. I'm extremely pleased with the size and quality of the spoon. I'm especially impressed with how comfortable the handle is. I'm definitely going to order a few more!

Great for big batches that are hard to stir
The first time I used this it was to stir a large batch of roasted Poblano mac n cheese. it's usually difficult to get the pasta, cheese and peppers mixed together with a regular wood spoon. This spoon is big and sturdy and made it easy. I have arthritis and this is now my goto spoon for anything hard to stir.

good spoon, but the finish comes off?
overall this spoon works great as a cooking tool!! the rubber part is super comfy to hold and doesn’t make your hand cramp up. it’s nice and big so it’s good for stirring big portions. a couple things i would mention would be that at the tip of the spoon the finish started coming off, and the spoon part of it isn’t at deep as i would like but if that’s what you want.... go for it!

Best wooden spoons I've found in years
I cook a lot, especially large batched of pasta sauce, soup, and chili. This spoon is the best that I’ve found in many years. It’s shape and handle are perfect. I like them so much that reordered the set of three. The finish is reasonable for most people, but I’m a very particular about the finish on my wooden spoons. Therefore I lightly sanded them and put several coats of polyurethane on them, after which I rubbed them out to a fine smooth, glassy finish.

Don't buy this!
It looks great but starts to splinter after about a 1/2 a year of occasion use. Do not recommend

Large Cooking Spoon
I love using this spoon whilst cooking. It is a sturdy spoon. It has a large lip and so can hold more. I like that the hand is not short...about 12 in and so it is good for using in soups and stirring items in deep pots.
