Fovitec StudioPRO Premium Spot Daylight LED Circle with Barn Doors

This light is really easy to set up, it's light, and for it's size it's quite bright. Pointing the light it's also really easy thanks to it's mount, another thing I really like is the length of it's power cord, it's one of the longest I've seen on a economy product. This light is definitely a great product for the price. I may buy a few more soon. The only thing that may be negative about it is that due to the LED light arrangement on it, the shadows generated by the barn doors are not smoothly gradual that hasn't represented a problem for me but it may be an issue for some users.

This is a decent light for the money. Barndoors are not really effective since it has so many LED's that they help a little keeping light off a little bit but throws weird shadows all around. 2100 Lumens seems like a lot until you have to start using this to balance daylight in a room and then it is not very effective. Decent construction although compared to professional grade lighting equipment this is a toy. Umbrella holder will make this a useful studio light and a good adjunct when you need some easy to use location lighting. Wish they had a battery adapter like on my light panel. I knew what I was buying so no real surprises.

These lights band when the dimmer is down. I used these a lot! They work great at full blast but when you approach the dimmest level, they start to band. You have to cut the light with a scrims or push it back to get a lower f-stop of light. The barn doors became really flimsy after a while too. I like the amber gel and diffuser that come with it but it would never be enough for me to consider buying this again. Good for amateur use. Very limited when it comes to more a professional setting. Good bang for buck but I sold them in less than a year. So wasn't really worth it. The cords are really short too. I had to use on the cord to the cstand.

Great deal. quite bright and easy to use. Not yet on a shooting with it. Is quite light, still feels sturdy, barn doors sturdy as well, The light stand attachment is plastic as well, but feels strong with a large knob. All in all, I'm happy with it.

Nicely packaged. Easy to use. Powerful. Lightweight. I'm using for a small product photo studio area, and combined with other light modifiers and diffusers I'm very happy with them. (I have three).

This is a great light at a great value. I’m using it as a hair light / chroma key separation light. Even at 6 feet or so I have to turn it down below 50%, plenty of power. It has a very long cable too which is a big plus. My only complaint is that you apparently can’t add a filter if you have the light installed upside down. I have a ceiling mount so this is a bit of a problem. Even so, I will be buying another.

Good light. Barn doors are a little problematic if you close them. Seems to leave a slight pattern on backgrounds and subject, likely because of the LED light source. Diffusers are a great addition, but they did warp after a few uses.
