Oh... watch out!
At first I thought the mask was really small. But then I thought, "It's a skull. A skull minus the skin and muscles should be smaller." Then I but in batteries (not included - 2 AAs) and press the button. The mask lit up just like the picture in the ad. Nice, so far so good. Pushed it again, and the EL (electro luminescence) started to blink slowly. One more press, and it blinked rapidly. Not sure I like that rapid blink because 1) like all EL products there is a slight "hum" when it lights up. 2) when it's rapidly flashing the hum is not only rapid, but the blinking is very fast almost like a strobe light and quite honestly, I think it would produce a seizure in those susceptible, not me, but who know. I never wore a strobe like on my face.However, I later turned in on in the evening when the house was dark and was blown away at how nice this mask looks! I turned off all the lights and looked in the mirror and I tell you what, if you had this on, and it was dark "somewhere" and you jumped out in front of someone, it would scare the (enter word) out of them. My plan is to wear it occasionally when I ride my motorcycle. It'll match the LEDs I have (which I haven't installed yet). As far as I know, it's not illegal to wear? It doesn't obstruct my view anymore than a full face helmet /shrug. Anyhow, I had been thinking/daydreaming of something like this for YEARS, and been a fan of Ghostrider since I was a little boy (which was in the 1970s) You're never too old to have fun :)

Great quality
My daughter absolutely loved this mask. It matched her costume perfectly. And the lighting was amazing. Very bright and worked just as it should. And the best part, I received it before Halloween.
