Very sharp, be careful.
This knife is very sharp and well made. I used it to cut up a prime rib. Cut the roast from the ribs without any trouble. Sliced it into steaks like it was butter. Love the way it feels in my hand and is well balanced. Buy it and you will love it.

The knife looks amazing and so far is very sharp after I touched it up.
This knife is very nice! The ergonomics are very good and it was decently sharp. I did however make it extremely sharp which I do not have a problem with. I have not used it enough to see how well the edge retention is and to me that will be the true test.

Top quality without the top price
Invited to Thanksgiving at a friend's house where I knew the knives were sub-par. Brought the Bokashi slicing knife since I'm always in charge of slicing the turkey. Worked like magic. Thank you for making my holiday easier to enjoy.

Beautiful knife with handle flaw
I really like the knife. The weight and balance is exactly what I like and the blade is beautiful. It is razor-sharp right now but only time will tell how the blade does holding an edge. My only issue with this knife is that the handle is not smooth. What I mean is the metal that runs through the middle and the 2 round posts or not blended well into the handle so there is no smooth transition. If I were someone that was a chef and cooked for long periods of time I could see this imperfection causing issues with your hands and hot spots or blisters. I would have thought at this price point that the handle would have been completely smooth to perfection.

The handle and balance are comfortable for me hand
Solid knife with good balance and very sharp. We use them for meats vegetables and all sorts of cutting. Has worked well
