I mainly use it for my car to connect to my iPhone. I tried two other products with the AM/FM transmitter but have so much static noise and have to returned them. This Bluetooth adapter works and the quality is pretty good. It is expensive though but I am happy with the product and highly recommended if you have a older car without Bluetooth audio system.

I will share review on parameters which will focus more on what other reviewers may not have highlighted much upon.1. Bluetooth 5.0 - This product is using BT 5.0, which allows two major things: a. It can quadruple the range of its predecessor, meaning that you can get around 800 feet away from your compatible speakers, headphones or fitness tracker while keeping the connectivity intact. I tested it for appprox. 400 ft and it worked flawlessly. b. Data transfer rates are upto 2.0 Mbps, twice the speed of BT 4.2, which means your iphone, android, laptop etc will be able to work upto 250ft (with no wall obstruction etc).2. Size and Ease of operation: It is a compact size and can easily fit into your coat pocket, briefcase etc.. Has very nice indicator lights on the top to communicate if it is on, getting charged, connectivity in RX/TX mode. It offers various modes of connectivity: 3.5MM (Aux) , RCA, Optical and is charged by the normal USB port3. Connectivity with transmitters/receivers - very easy and convenient. It took me just few seconds to pair it4. Automatic selection between Aux and Optical input5.Automatic off function: Switched off automatically after 6 minutes under unconnected status thereby saving the stored battery charge. The full charge on a normal USB connection takes approx 3 hours and indicates the condition by the light at the top of the adapterThough I have received it just 2 days back, I am very impressed with its functionality and practically no latency in data transmission as I used it for singing, streaming music through it which it handled very well.

One of those items that provide immeasurable value.1. It can work on older vehicles that do not have Bluetooth and allow music to be played.2. It can play music from your Bluetooth device and attach straight to your speakers.3. It can link up with your Bluetooth headphones/earphones.Sound quality is high end, build quality is good and overall a great product.

My car has the aux input but the wire is so annoying especially when I need to charge the phone also. Glad I got this because this Bluetooth adapter really changes everything. Bluetooth is easy to pair and I thought the sound quality was going to be iffy, but it was flawless. Highly recommend if you're in my situation with all those cables. Device itself is small and does not take up much space either.

Boyfriend purchased this adapter and it works like a regular receiver. It hooks up to speakers, audio, basically anything bluetooth wise or not. The output quality is mid-high end and it's very convenient/affordable if you don't want to spend too much money on one single receiver. It was super easy to set up and the sound quality is great, especially when I'm in the garage listening to music or comedy shows. One of the simplest but yet the greatest most thought out feature of this piece is the suction material on the bottom that keeps the unit from being moved around easily; again I can have it stably secured on a table. Product also has a slick design which is also easy on the eyes.

Easy to read display. Led lights indicate which codec is using now. Really easy to use. It has good battery life. I played 9 hours in AAC mode without charge. I like that when I get a call it switched back to the phone automatically so no one in the car can hear my conversation and when I am done it hooks right back up.

Got this to play music from my phone wirelessly. It was a breeze to set up and it sounds amazing. I especially love the sort of suction material on the bottom that keeps it from moving but doesn't require me to commit to any one position. And on top of all that, it's cost effective and looks great.

Purchased this approximately 4 months ago, unfortunately, I still cannot get it to pair with my headphones. The instruction manual, although detailed is of very little help. I will be trying a different unit.Update: After working with this unit and thinking why I wasn’t getting a successful pairing, I finally discovered where the problem was, and it was not in the Soulcker unit. Two problems actually needed to be solved. First, the headphones were paired to a different TV.....and, that pairing needed to be cleared from the headphones before pairing with the Soulcker unit. Secondly, the TV sound setting that was now connected to the Soulcker unit was not configured correctly. No sound was being transmitted to the unit. I needed to change the audio setting from bitstream to PCM....Suddenly, I was getting sound through the headphones. Hope this helps anyone who may purchase the Soulcker transmitter in the future, as elementary as it may sound to some.
