There is good content in here but it reads more like an autobiography than a set of skills to be learned, so its like i have to break the stories down into steps and reengineer them into abstract theories and techniques that can be applied generally. if that makes sense.Many technical manuals follow a basic format Theory>Structure>techniques>Example: (story).but for this book I have to do some mental leaps in reverse, I guess im conditioned. Luckily im very motivated and patient. the labeling of the sections are a bit odd, because it reads more like a story section than an aspect of Visual Teamwork so jumping around sections is a bit confusing.some of the diagrams aren't so great but he does give you references to templates online.

Great ideas, but need to practice. Many people cannot explain themself out of the box.Visual teams is a way of life.With this book, you can learn why ! And then practice.Not only tools are explained, also a framework to make the most of it.And English is not a barrier, words are not culture, in this case.Try it, you may be surprised.

I am unhappy this product. It seems to be photocopy.Inside pictures has no color. I would like to know it is authentic copy. Or not. How to see visual reading, I have no ideas . Please check you have send photocopy to us or not.You have sent replacement . But same quality. This book is in Myanmar . If I send back , shipping cost is much more than your book cost. David Sibbet does it again - another visual odyssey. I thought his previous book, Visual Meetings, could not be topped. I was wrong. His impact on the profession of graphic facilitation is legendary - so glad he's decided to share his knowledge in the form of a book. If you are a visual thinker with responsibility for managing even one other person at work - this book is for you.

Excellent book to put ideas in a visual way for analysis while working with the team. The service was great and fast

Very simples drawings, makes a weak content since the visuals sum with the content should be the great differential to this books.Actually I don't think it worth it.

Yet to read properly and only flicked through, but looks an interesting read.

Da ottimi spunti per migliorare la collaborazione di un gruppo e serve per capire alcune dinamiche di gruppo che può risultare molto utile anche a livello personale. Chi lo legge deve essere anche disposto a mettere in gioco se stesso e non solo in croce gli altri! Quando serve un cambiamento si deve sempre iniziare da se stessi. Questo libro è utilissimo per chi vuole capire a che punto è il suo team e come farlo crescere.

An excellent resource, both for experienced professionals and for less seasoned facilitators, who will find step-by-step guidance. There is some overlap with Sibbet's classic "Visual Meetings" but I enjoy using both.
