I’ve been using this vitamin D for about a few years and overall I’m happy with it. After reviewing lots of different brands i still keep with this one. I can't be 100% sure if it's working but im back on them after a summer off. I feel I need the vitamin d as not exposed to daylight much and it all helps with reducing my fatigue. They are so easy to swallow which is massive bonus. Pros: ✅ easy to swallow ✅ affordable Cons: ❌ need to take vitamin k alongside it as not included I’d recommend this for winter seasons where we don't see much sunshine especially if you’re taking alongside other vitamins.

As I know it can be important for many people, I'll put this first - these capsules are TINY (about half the size of a paracetamol tablet, if that) and really easy to swallow. Being a fat soluble vitamin, it's useful that the capsules are made using oil inside too, although taking with a meal is best. My 'natural' vitamin levels are on the low side and I haven't really been getting enough sunlight recently (lockdown), plus my immune system is generally rubbish so figured it was time to try out a vitamin D supplement. I'd been suffering with a constant cough and feeling achy and run down for 12 weeks before using these and my coughing was gone within a week of starting these. (perhaps a coincidence, but I reckon it's really been helped by vitamin D). I also haven't been feeling the need to snack pointlessly during the day and feel my mood's a little better along with energy levels. I find it a bit of a shame these aren't suitable for veggies, but the other D supplements I was looking at were either too low in dose or had more ingredients in than I was happy with (and were very pricey)

These were purchased for my Mother, after we had both looked at various fact based independent medical research that tells of the importance and the benefits of this vital vitamin. The list and benefits are far too long to mention here, but a look online will enlighten you with these. But I will mention one, and that is it's vital for a well performing and robust immune system. I have been taking a similar product for the last couple of years (along with some other supplements) and I have never felt better, and in light of this I encouraged my Mother to do likewise, and she said that she definitely feels better in herself with taking these. These vitamin D3 are in the capsule form, and these are the best type as with vitamin D3 been a fat soluble vitamin, and with the oil in the capsules, this enables it to be taken up much better than the tablet form of vitamin D3. These are very small and very easy to swallow, and I can't see anyone having difficulty swallowing them. Also they have no taste or aftertaste. The only niggle to say is (but too be fair its the same with all capsules) I find that they can sometimes stick together, but I find a couple of taps on the bottle and it will unstick them, and it in no way affects the quality or performance of the capsules if they have stuck together. All in all she would definitely purchase again, and its nice to have them in a 365 capsule sized bottle which gives you the piece of mind knowing that you will not need to purchase anymore for a whole year.

This brand definitely works with no side effects, but remember you HAVE to yo get a blood test before and after taking it for a while, to see if it makes a difference. Make sure you take it with vitamin K and something fatty to get the best absorption. Otherwise you could be taking a way too low or way too high of a dose; I have to take about 3-4 of these a day to see a difference on my blood tests. Could attest to either the quality of this supplement or a bad uptake on my behalf. But please take blood tests to double check, and research optimal levels rather than the "within range".

Been taking it for few days. Have observed tiredness to go away. Feels rejuvenate and quality of product is also good. Package arrived secured. So far happy. Will update review after 1 to 2 month after using

It’s very cheap but I didn’t continue taking this because it’s not healthy to take vitamin D alone. It’s 1 year supply for a bottle so good value for money.

I've purchased this twice before, it was 365 softgels, with good and noticable effect. This time that I've purchased it, it arrived in a different container in tablet form. I have yet to test it but im disappointed that I've received a product that I once liked in a form different than the usual. Please either update the image on the product page or don't send me something different.
