Exactly what was needed to provide a bar holder for a Bowflex machine bench. I use it on the foot end of a bowflex machine for free weight option.

I have been able to use a higher weight because of this product.

After reading so many reviews on the difficulty of building this I was a bit skeptical. After it arrived I will I was able to finish it in about under an hour. You will need a 17mm socket as it comes with no tools. Even a 10 year old could build this. I will say some parts did arrive a little bit scratched so it will lose a star for that however other than that pretty good product for the price.

Annoying to set up without power tools but doable. It has been durable for our home gym not a bad price either

Very sturdy well built. Three star because it is not the easiest to put together they do not tell you what tools to use nor provide any tools. Make sure you have a socket wrench, and a good pair of pliers, vice grips, or wrench, patience, and time.

Does what it is supposed to and easy tonput together.

Seems to be a very sturdy product, a lot more solid than reviews seem to say. Definitely a great product if you use Jayflex products, due to the fact that there are two pcs so you can have them closer together because the dumbbell converters aren’t as long as a regular barbell. I will say putting together would be a little challenging if you’re not use to constructing stuff, plus there are no tools so you will need a socket set and wrench. All being said I would definitely recommend this product plus it’s a great value for the price.
