Very soft! No ‘plasticy’ feel AT ALL.I have 6 dogs (crazy, i know) - I keep one or even two (can never be too safe...also easy to just take up the top layer and already have another cover on the bed and ready to go. Lol) water proof mattress covers on my bed at all times. Just in case...As one doggo is epileptic and often vomits and ‘tinkles’ (pees himself) when he has a seizure, but that’s no reason to not allow him on the bed; so I’ve been thru a few mattress covers thru the years (often having to replace because they fall apart in the wash, or the plastic sound of the ‘waterproof’ layer drives myself AND the doggos CRAZY!).This has been my very favorite, by FAR!!!I plan to purchase more in the future, to stockpile a few, just in case something happens to the ones I have.

In addition to an easy wash, it is designed for tall mattresses. We even have a foam topper and there is enough fabric left to tuck under and keep it in place

Received today, very unhappy. The product name, product details all indicate "vinyl-free". It is not. I guess they think calling it TPU is going to fool people. It clearly looks and feels like vinyl or vinyl-like on the back. More suitable for a child's bed, in my opinion.Very light terry cloth on the top. It does make swishing noises. It's only saving grace, keeping me from immediately returning it, is that it is lightweight. But I am not happy and will not buy from this vendor again.

May be good for an occasional oops water spill and quick pick up( like right then) but not good for a bed wetting kid..... soaked right through and onto the mattress, it was like i put down nothing at all. UGH! Will try to get money back,,

We have an approx 10” thick Queen size memory foam mattress. It fits nicely with no looseness but would definitely fit a thicker mattress. I washed as directed- cold water (I used the delicate cycle) and low heat drying.My two main concerns when searching for a protective cover was heat (we live in FL and my husband sleeps warm) and noisiness.Initial reaction - I can hear it crinkling when moving. Wasn’t liking that but it’s been on the bed almost 2 weeks now it’s much much quieter and I am hoping it will continue to calm down.We both noticed a little extra warmth (compared to no protective cover) but not too bad or uncomfortable. We are not waking up hot. The protective cover is thin, there is no fluffiness to the terry cloth which is fine and it feels nice under my sheets.Overall we are both happy with this purchase.

This cover is very basic. It smelled crazy when it showed up so I washed it. I read some reviews that said laundering it destroyed it, but mine didn’t come with any instructions so I washed it on the tap cold setting on light. I put in fabric softener and hung it over my shower rod in the bathroom to dry. After that it smelled amazing. It fit nicely onto my 14 inch mattress and I don’t feel it beneath my sheets.I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, I had just spent A TON of money on a new mattress and wanted something on it to protect it just in case.It arrived quickly and well packaged. The company included a bunch of information about their customer service and generally I perceived it as a business that made me happy to support. That may sound strange, but I just liked the presentation. They come off as a company that cares if you like their product and that the consumer matters.Anyway... the price was great and a month in and I’m happy with my choice.

This lets you enjoy the comfort of your mattress, while offering a durable layer of protection.The top surface is made of some sort of plastic, but it has a "fuzzy" texture almost like a bath towel. It's definitely waterproof, which can be seen when you wash it. The sides are elastic-y and not waterproof, but I don't sleep on the sides of my mattress anyway.I got the queen size, and it fits snugly all around my memory foam mattress, like a fitted sheet. It really doesn't slide around at all, and the sides wrap around taut even on a thinner mattress.It's actually warm, but breathable, and I can't even tell it's there. My last mattress cover was an opaque polyvinyl plastic zip-up, which started to crack apart and always made a loud noise whenever you sat on it. No such problems here (and about the same price).CON: The only downside is that it won't prevent odors from seeping through over time, since it's breathable, so it may need to be washed more often during the hot summer. The one time when I noticed that "smelly sheet" smell, baking soda took the smell right out from the mattress, and a cold water wash made the cover good as new. However, I haven't had any odor issues since being more proactive.It's lasted me about 6 months so far.

Just got it yesterday. Just fit the bed size. And the feeling is awesome. Looks really high quality. And the price is also reasonable compare to others. Never regret!
