Wish I had read the reviews
Reamer cut alright for a moment then quit cutting. I'm not sure if that became clogged with aluminum or what, but just like many others state the bushing dont fit the hole you just made. They fall out. Not only are they too thin a wall on the bushing, they are too big ID. Almost as sloppy as it was before I installed. Dont waist your money. Just go buy a new carburetor and save a headache.

O.D. 0.430=10.92mm
Actually the OD is just a smidge over 0.430 so maybe the bushing are closer to 10.93mm.Still, they are NOT 11mm OD and they do not have a press fit after using the supplied ream. What I will end up doing is not reaming all the way in so these bushing will not touch the butterflies and JB Weld to hold them in.I.D. compared to my throttle shaft is about 0.004 difference. Other bushings or shafts may vary.

Reamer was Nicked and Dull
Almost useless when the initial cutting edge on the reamer was nicked and dull. I did what I could to sharpen and managed to cut/hone one base plate, but I would not use it on another base plate. One star because the bushing were ok.

Bushings don't match the reamer
While the reamer works fine, the bushings supplied with it are not the correct ones. I had to purchase oilite bushings to use because the ones that cam with it are too thin and are loose in the hole.

Reamer to big
Reamer is way to big the bushings fall out. Bushings themselves are also to big i.d. for shafts to fit and seal. I glued the bushings in with gas tank repair and aluminum dust mixed together and peened them in place it works good now. I'd use a drill next time and buy bushings that fit.
