This is my new favorite yoga prop. When I received it, I was impressed with how beautiful it is. It looks like a piece of art! It came with some basic instructions and the hand written note was a classy touch.I have used it several times and it works perfect for opening my chest and shoulders. I have started using it to achieve deeper stretches and look forward to experimenting and challenging myself with new postures.I bought SukhaMat’s Yoga Knee Pad last year and loved it and the companies customer service is first rate. Beautiful yoga prop and soothing to look at on and off if the mat. The width of the wheel is very comfortable

Very attractive prop but being 6-2 with wide shoulders I find it very uncomfortable between shoulder blades unless i use a foam pad between. Maybe it was designed for elves. Ha. Another thought: how about a wheel that flexes slightly. Maybe using carbon fiber with wood laminate. Great craftsmanship . Regards Ron

Significantly improved by flexibility after the first few uses and is great for various areas/chakras. This is a must-have in your yoga practice!

super good construction

I've only had them for a few days now, but have used it a lot for backbends and playing around with ab exercises. So far I Love it!
