Great desk, sturdy, easy to assemble and it looks good.

Despite this item being listed as Prime, Fulfilled by Amazon, and In Stock, Amazon really didn't want to ship it out for some reason. After several weeks of waiting, talking to multiple customer service reps (that tried unsuccessfully to help because they don't have much power over the warehouse), and a "delay due to weather" (June in Utah.. hmm) it arrived safely! The desk was as pictured without any scratches, marks, chips, or dents. VERY easy to put together using the simple instructions and provided tool. Some reviewers claim their holes did not line up, but i'm not sure how that could happen unless they were trying to fit the pieces together instead of sliding them over top of the connector like a sleeve (I almost did this on accident at the beginning). The surface is lightly textured so no, I wouldn't recommend writing on it without a mat of some kind. Keep in mind that the metal frame makes the desk top a couple of inches lower than the surface, so chair arms and filing cabinets may not slide underneath. Overall this desk is simple, sleek, spacious, and sturdy. Worth the price compared to flimsy office supply store desks. If you can get it to actually ship!

Looks nice, went together easily, very solid, good price

It arrived in pristine condition. The only difficulty for me was that it was heavy, 60 lbs or more in a very large box, which made maneuvering tricky for an old woman with no cartilage in her knees and arthritis in every joint. However, once out of the box, the individual pieces were lightweight and easy to handle. The actual assembly was very simple. Other reviews had mentioned needing a rubber mallet to put the base together, so I was prepared with a hammer and potholder. However, neither were necessary to fit the ends together. They all slid easily into place with just a little hand pressure, no straining to do it. I observed the directions which emphasized not tightening the screws until all were threaded just a little. Because I hadn't tightened the screws for the largest top piece it was not that difficult to remove it and switch the pieces of the frame. (I had miscalculated and had the long end of the L in the wrong direction.) It was challenging aligning the holes of the frame with the holes in the top pieces, and screwing them together from a sitting position underneath, but I can't do things in a hurry these days, so I had to take my time. Took about 2 hours once it was out of the box. Once the L was in the right direction and everything screwed together it's perfectly squared, the top pieces even and snugly abutted. It doesn't wobble and the top is level. I'm pleased with the maple color, and the matte gray/brown of the legs. I especially like this open, simple design because it has with no drawers or shelves underneath. I'd see a few desks of a similar design, but this was the only one with a desk depth of almost 24". Most had only 19" which might be fine for gamers, but I will be using this for writing, art projects and sewing. Very pleased with this investment of my money, time and effort! It really was designed to succeed!! A thank you to the gentleman who made a very nice video showing the assembly process of this desk and alerted me to the fact the L shape is reversible.

The most important thing to know about this product is that the assembly took literally five minutes. This is single-handedly the easiest piece of Amazon furniture that I have ever had the pleasure of assembling. Literally six screws, five minutes. The dimensions are accurate and it worked perfectly for my needs. I use this as a nail table in my small two bedroom apartment. I like that it is wider than a traditional desk but not too wide that I can’t reach my clients from the other side. I also like how the legs & the frame are metal so I don’t have to worry about weight capacity or sturdiness. The build quality is top tier, it is very sturdy, and I appreciate the functionality and the open space underneath. I added a rolling shelf tote under one side and I have all of my cords in electrical on the other side attached to my nail supplies on the other side. i couldn’t be happier

Desk is easy to assemble, sturdy and good value for money. The three cable ports are extremely useful and managed to get a monitor arm mounted, even though the frame is right on the edges. The gaps between the two top layers (as the surface) are even and flat, but not to the extend where you will be able to move your mouse across seamlessly. No defects, bumps, scratches or anything on the desk I have received. I am very happy with the desk and got the clean, minimalistic look - White peripherals with the oak desk option really makes it stunning.

As everyone says, it is very easy to assemble. It is easiest if, when the frame is assembled, you place the top upside down on the floor to attach the frame to it.

Me gustó mucho, fue súper sencillo armarlo y es robusto, no se tambalea incluso con el peso del gabinete, monitor, bocinas, teclado y mouse. Es muy bonito el acabado, pero del lado izquierdo llegó con un golpe que aunque pequeño se ve muy feo. Una lástima que no tengan cuidado los de paquetería.

Me parece que las fotos estas mejoradas y qué tal vez el escritorio tenga un valor proximado de menos de $4,500 (yo pague $7,200). 1) La pintura no es brillosa como se ve en las fotos 2) Los perfiles se abollan cuando aprietas la madera (soy mujer y yo los apreté sola cuidando mi fuerza y ni así) 3) Venía con detalles se golpeó en una de las 3 bases de metal (tal vez haya sido durante el transporte porque la caja también estaba algo lastimada) 4) De igual manera venía un rayón no muy profundo en la parte superior de la madera. No lo devolveré por la dificultad de hacerlo pero si lo hubiese visto en tienda no lo hubiese comprado. El lado positivo que tuvo es que fue realmente fácil armarlo. Lo arme yo sola sin ayuda de nadie y en 6 sencillos pasos terminas.

Attractive, inexpensive, very sturdy and practical -- and best of all assembly was not only easy, but all the fittings and drill holes are perfectly aligned. When complete, it makes a nice, sturdy, discrete computer desk. The only thing to be aware of -- an this is what I wanted -- there are no drawers -- this is a L shaped, attractive open desk. I didn't need or want the drawers, so bear that in mind. The surface I chose was the birch or light wood (I imagine it's a faux birch finish, but it's very attrative. The frame is an painted offwhite frame, which matched the birch. All parts were enclosed, including allen wrench.

Great desk. I have been using this as my home office desk for four months now and around 8 hours per work day sitting at it. It has been fantastic. No wobble and is very sturdy. Minimal movement/shake when no load on it and with stuff on top feels like it does not move/shake at all. Assembly is so easy and it looks amazing with the grey felt pad. If you are looking for a inexpensive yet well built and sturdy desk, this is the one for you. So much better than those gaming desks for sale. This review is for the commercial grade 55 inch office desk.

مش اصلي لكنه على قد فلوسه يقضى الغرض لو انت حد بيحافظ ع الحاجة الدهان مش الكتروستاتيك و المكتب جالي متقشر و متجرح فى كل حتة. و معتقدش ان ده فولاز و لكنه حديد عادي اللحام بقي يعنى بدون مبالغة أعتقد الناس اللى اشتغلوا ع المكتب لو كانوا جابوا حد عمره ما مسك بنسة لحام كان هيطلع شريط لحام أحسن من كده. اللحام مخرم فى المعدن و مش متنضف و شكله زبالة. مش شغل صنايعية
