Works perfectly! This was exactly as advertised. It installed super easy, just like the video described and it adjusts perfectly so now my shower wand doesn’t direct the water at the back wall of the shower, it points down where I need it! Thank you for this product!! Would absolutely purchase again!

I am very pleased with this product. We just had our bathroom redone and our shower is very small. All of the showerheads do not angle down enough to take an effective shower. This swivel ball adapter gives us the perfect angle. The showerhead is large but the adapter keeps is at the right angle without drooping. This is the second time we bought this from HammerHead and are pleased with the all metal construction and the ability to adjust the tension on the swivel joint which the others don't have. Great product. Beautiful finish. And no leaking.

This is one of those products which you buy once in a while, and immediately want to give it to everyone you know. I love this item. If you suffer from a shower head which doesn't have sufficient range of motion (or which will not move at all) buy this gadget! It will fix the problem perfectly.

This swivel Ball Adapter is obviously very well made. The adjustment it gave my shower head, made my showering experience more centered in the tub. I no longer have to stand near the back of the tub to take a shower. Just get it. You won't be disappointed. Installation or attachment was a breeze.

This "Swivel Ball Adapter" provides the perfect angle for our HammerHead Shower, but it leaks. At the top, it connects to the shower supply arm, no problem there. The shower head connects to the bottom; no problem there. The swivel ball, however, does leak. It appears to have a rubber bushing at the top of the ball, and an oddly-designed plastic fitting on the bottom of the ball. Although the tension around the ball is adjustable, there is absolutely no adjustment tension that stops a persistent drip, drip, drip just below the swivel. I don't know whether the swivel seal is defective, missing a part, or just poor quality. And the email provided for warranty issues does not respond at all. Update: When the manufacturer (Hammerhead provides a lifetime warranty) did not respond to requests for help for three days, Hammerhead finally reached out to me with two different options: a full Amazon refund without the need to return the item; and a free replacement of the item at no cost. [Note that Amazon's product page says that this is a frequently-returned item.] The replacement was shipped directly from Hammerhead and arrived almost overnight. The replacement does not leak! Two more stars for outstanding customer service. We love our Hammerhead hand-held shower head, but this part allows the spray to be adjusted down to a reasonable position for a small shower.

This was just what I needed to not only extend the shower head but also so it can pivot. Helps with cleaning/rinsing the tub and prevents water from running down shower wall. I would suggest using tape or a cloth to wrap around it when tightening so not to scratch the finish.

Solid Constuction. Beautiful Packaged. INCLUDES everything necessary to do the job. I had to write a review. I was just expecting a part in a box. What I received was a extremely well packaged item individually in a firm linen pouch. Also included was an allen wrench to adjust and tighten the adjustable joint with an extra hex screw in a separate box. Did I mention that it included everything? It also came with Teflon tape for a watertight seal. Installation was easy and quick. Hand tighten was all it needed to create a tight seal. The product itself is solid and not cheap. It is well designed and has weight. I can now get the water in a better angle 15 degrees vs the 45 before the part was installed. .take a look at the before and after pics. Enjoy!

Arrived quickly and a solid device which worked well.

Great materials, solid construction, no concerns about long term reliability whatsoever. It came with the pivoting mechanism tightened to practically the absolute extreme. I could still adjust my showerhead with this level of friction but the water pipe leading into the wall was getting a lot of force transferred to it. Wasn't a fan of the prospects of that type of wiggling over the long term. I almost needed to buy a second wrench to adjust it. Quite frustrating and the reason for a docked star. Yes, I loosened the set screw first. Speaking of, they give you another one which is cool because it'd be incredibly easy to accidently lose down the drain while installing.
