best beauty tool ever for great price
This is the same thing as the famous beauty blender for a fraction of the price (you get 4 of these little gues for less than price of 2 of the BB). To be honest I haven't used the Beauty Blender so i can't compare, but what I can say is that these little balls of foam are just the most amazing things ever! I am not big on brushes, I don't know why but I just find it annoying to apply foundation with a brush, takes forever mostly--I find it fussy and not worth my time (even using expensive brushes/foundation). But this Makeup Blender isn't fussy at all and was easier and quicker than using my fingers, the very first time I used it. There wasn't a learning curve like there is with brushes. I just squirted my foundation on the back of my hand and used it (wet). At first I was worried it might use up my foundation quicker because it seemed to soak up more than I wanted on the first swipe, but honestly I ended up using less foundation because the coverage went on so much more flawlessly and evenly, that even if the sponge did take some up the overall result was using less foundation. I only had to dip it two or three times into my foundation and the product would apply for many pats against my face before I had to re-load. I also used it with a Dermablend hard packed concealer and while it seemed like it wasn't picking up the product, it most definitely did and transferred to my face beautifully and there was zero cakey-ness which is so easily done with that stuff since it's so thick. Overall I'm in love this product and highly recommend it. For $10 (or whatever I paid) it's easily the best beauty purchase I've ever made.

my new favorite makeup tool!
I saw these on a beauty tip show and thought they sounded so amazing that I paused the show and immediately went to Amazon to order it. LolI have long since complained about the cakey look foundation gives me. I need the coverage due to my skin tone but since my skin is dry, things won't rub in well. I've even tried hydrating tinted moisturizer as well as several different BB creams. However, nothing looked very well- cOverage was good but upon inspection you could see the makeup looked quite heavy and patchy in places due to my dry areas. This blender is great when used wet! It gives just enough added moisture to help your bb cream or foundation go on and blend smoothly. Because it's a thinner consistency due to the water on th sponge, it applies with the same coverage but just goes in much smoother and uses a lot less product. In addition to just helping the makeup look smoother, it somehow looks more natural. I have great coverage but you can't tell I have makeup on! It also helps hydrate your skin and lock in that moisture.I didn't believe it until I saw for myself but this really does give flawless coverage (at least for my skin type). My mother has oily skin tho and it also works great for her. I've been rexommending it to all my friends and family members hehe

Almost Beauty Blender Dupe!
These sponges blend my make-up quite well and do provide the advertised air brush finish. I'm overall very happy with them, but there a few issues:1. Although these sponges are soft after being submerged in water, they still feel a bit hard on your face.2. Once the sponges expand, they become more than double in size. While this gives the advantage of covering more skin at once, others who are used to the orginal beauty blender may find it more difficult to work with a larger tool.3. These are hard to clean and the stains don't always come out. On the bright side the sponges seem pretty durable since I only got 2 tiny tears on one after multiple washes.4. These take 2-3 days to dry after being washed.Nonetheless, you're getting 4 sponges for less than the price of one beauty blender, so I'd say give it a try! :)

Wow, I love how these sponges make my makeup and blush look!
I read the reviews of the various sponges and decided to buy the more expensive brand, without going to the most expensive. I received an email from the company, thanking me for my order along with instructions on the best use of the sponges. I followed the instructions provided, using a stippling motion with the dampened sponge and was very pleased with the results. I used a primer then added Max Factor pan stick, topping it off with a very light coat of tinted moisturizer (my usual makeup). I did the same stippling process to apply cream blush. Suddenly I had a dewy makeup and blush that I hadn't seen on my face in years. I plan to buy another box of these sponges to have on hand. Just follow the sellers instructions and you will be well pleased with the results,.

Ok for a knockoff, not close enough to be a dupe.
These are an okay substitute for the Beauty Blender. You can use the same techniques, and it does need to be wet first.Limitations:Not as soft and squishy as the BB.Texture not as smooth as BB.Harder to squeeze water out than BB.Absorbs more product than BB.So these are good if you're on a budget, but they are not close enough to the real Beauty Blender to call a perfect dupe.HOWEVER, these are great to learn on and practice with before investing in the real deal. Also, the real Beauty Blender is MUCH less expensive when purchased here on Amazon. Instead of $30 for one, sometimes there are pairs for $22-$25 on here. I recommend these for learning, but save up for a real BB, and save $ buying it here on Amazon.

Good for makeup beginners, or if you like light coverage foundation.
I received these sponges a long time ago, and it's probably not sanitary to still be using, but they're still in good condition to use.I've not used the original Beauty Blenders so I can't compare the two, but I've heard the originals are a bit softer.Sponges are quite firm, especially when you moisten them. They pick up a lot of the product, so the coverage is always light, which I don't like very much, but it's great at blending. The sponges are very easy to clean, I use hot water and soap and just squeeze out the products picked up by the sponge.Over all, it's a perfect sponge for a makeup newbie, but I won't be repurchasing because of how much product it absorbs and how firm it is.
