The bottom of bottle is expired date?

It is salt water essentially. It helps the kids nasal passages stay clear - I wouldn't be concerned about the expiration date unless your child's doctor says otherwise.

Did it clear baby’s stuffy nose?

It didn’t clear completely all at once but after a couple drops and the nose suction it helped clear out the hard bigger booger’s

What if it gets into baby eyes ? What should I do ?

Saline is just water with sodium chloride (also known as salt water). Shouldn't be a big deal if it gets in the eyes.
