Ok, so I have been fighting 'smelly head' for years with my son and daughter and now myself! It's the most offensive odor. I shower every morning and by 2- 3:00 my head STINKS and the oil is so thick on my scalp, I can't get my fingers through my hair (which I don't want to anyway, BECAUSE IT STINKS)! I bathe my kids at night and by the morning their hair has that swampy, musty stentch! I've been to dermatologists, tried every tea tree product on the market, T-Sal, tar shampoos, etc. I have finally found out by my own research what it is and DermaSolve FIXED IT COMPLETELY! It's Seborrheic Dermatitis producing too much oil on the scalp! Anyway, I bought this product and put it on my scalp Sunday night. Yes, it's thick! So what! Part your hair into sections and go to town. Monday morning I shampooed the product out with DermaSolve Shampoo and Conditioner. My hair was sooooo soft when I dried it. AND THE BATHROOM DIDN'T SMELL LIKE OILY HAIR AS I WAS BLOW DRYING! Worked all day and guess what.....NO SMELL COMING FROM MY HEAD AT ALL!! When I got home I ran my fingers through my hair AND NO SMELL. And my fingers didn't get caught in the oils on my scalp. Just slid right through my hair and my scalp felt NORMAL. I did it again last night! No smell today either. My hair actually still smells like SHAMPOO!! I'm going to do this everyday for a week with the lotion at night and shampoo in the morning. Then I'm going to try every other day. Then down to twice a week. I'll keep you posted. This stuff works!

Truly helps my scalp by keeping it moist but not at all greasy! Love how lite this cream feels on my scalp! Most of all, keeps scales and flakes at a minimum!! Forgot to mention, there isn’t a scent to this product. I appreciate that as it allows my hair to simply smell fresh and clean!!

Dermasolve excellent treatment for itchy scalp, put on before bed, relaxing & improved by morning. Greasy, and wished it actually CURED my scalp problems, but some help. (great shipping & delivery)

After years of having severe seborrheic dermatitis, and trying countless treatments, this has made the most difference. I apply a heave amount at night. I wash out with baby shampoo in the morning (anti dandruff shampoos are too harsh). I wash again in the evening before applying for the night. There is a scalp oil by this company that I use only very lightly on small spots because I find it irritating when on all day over a larger area. I found best results with the cream at night and a clean scalp during the day. Must be applied to freshly washed scalp for best results. 3 stars because it's like smearing face cream on your head. But it is not too greasy. Dries a little overnight.

Best stuff ever! Even for just dry skin in general. I had a very weird rash. Red, dry, white flaky skin on my forehead & bad red rash on my neck. Not sure what it was or what caused it. But this cleared it up fast! Worth every penny & a little goes a long way!
