Soft and Flavorful Spreadable Goat Cheese
This spreadable goat cheese is extremely yummy! The texture is soft, but with a nice amount of body. It's great to spread on crackers or toast, especially. I'm loving the flavor with plentiful garlic and herbs to make for happy taste buds. It reminds me of a Boursin-brand kind of spread, but I'd say that La Bonne Vie is even creamier. And for those of us who don't tolerate cow's milk dairy, this is a great alternative. It would be great as part of a charcuterie board kind of layout of savory treats. Partnered with savory crackers, cured meats, fresh & dried fruits, and nuts - that would make a meal for me. The quality is outstanding. It provides a solid value. I can imagine that you could melt it into a creamy cheesy sauce to drizzle over pasta or vegetables to great success, as well. So delicious!

Delicious healthy cheese' that's healthy for you. That wouldn't "bind-you." As a result, Goat cheese is the healthier cheese. American process cheese I'll chose, but goat cheese is my favorite.

YUMMY!!!
Typically, I prefer a sweet cheese over savory so it didn't very well on my charcuterie board... But, this cheese on a homemade burger with caramelized onions...WOOO!!! IT'S SOOO YUMMY!!! I'm drooling now, bye! lol

Very tasty
Very good fresh goat cheese. The flavor is excellent, whether of the cheese or the garlic/herbs. Loving it simply spread on a good piece of bread, or just like that. Somewhat too creamy for use in a salad, as it makes it hard to crumble or cut into small pieces, but that's hardly a con. It's still very good in a salad.

The Sense of Taste
..is so entirely subjective I feel badly about a 3 Star Rating. I buy the Cranberry Log frequently but the taste of *this* version was awful, for me. Sadly, after two failed attempts of trying it, this flavor ended up in the garbage. BUT- my experience should not influence anyone's elses decision to giving it a try.
