UPDATE: We have a solution for the dropper. Pull the dropper up and out of the product and then squeeze the bulb. Lower back into the product and release the bulb. You will then find that the product has been aspirated into the tube. I have used it about 5 times now and it's almost half gone. I like the product itself but it's unlikely I would buy it again.I've used the product once but I can't get the dropper to do anything. I squeeze the rubber bulb like every other dropper I have ever used but nothing is in the tube. I don't get it. Also, as some others have said, the bottle isn't all the way full, but I guess that's the way it's packaged since so many others have said the same thing. I think I like the product, but the dropper is a problem.

I received the bottle and it was half empty. When you try to use the syringe to take some out nothing goes through. I tried to crack the syringe to make it a little wider and that still didn't work. A waist of money if I can't even get to the product itself.

I love the product. It’s nicely scented and feels great on my skin, but I’m having trouble getting it out of the bottle. Before I made my purchase I watched buyer reviews and I noticed the girl in the video had the same issues. Nothing was said but she was struggling. I purchased it anyway and it is disappointing that it feels like maybe I won’t have it long. I like it I just wish I felt like I got my moneys worth of product. I’ve had it a couple of weeks is all and from the first time I used it I’ve had a real hard time getting a drop or two out. Just wondering if I’m the only one that has a problem with it.

Disappointed purchase including packaging& delivery. The bottle arrived about 1/4 empty and not sealed as past makeup products always have.The product itself works well as a Primer, but is extremely tacky. Both my hands and makeup brushes become significantly sticky after application and leave my face slightly tacky throughout the rest of the day. This is the first time using this product, and again, I'm sure what the bottle went through prior, but I am surprised as I have never had problems with Revlon products. I personally think this bottle is old or was exposed to the elements. Not sure if I will purchase again. Very disappointing.
