I got mine in the mail today and instead of benonite clay as the second ingredient it has mastuc gum listed. What does this mean?

I don't know if mine had bentonite clay or mastic gum in it but it worked.  I have had H Pylori 3-4 times and I also have Barretts  esophagus so I have to watch my reflux.  H Pylori causes ulcers. This is a good product, it was prescribed by a Dr to heal my esophagus and I was feeling better in about a month.  I recently felt I was getting it again and I read that Aloe Vera juice Whole leaf organic (Lily of the Desert) is good for the stomach.  I drink about 2  oz of AVJ 2-3 times a day with a splash of grape juice unsweetened Organic and it has helped my heartburn and I think it is healing my stomach lining.  If one doesn't work, maybe the other one will.

The ingredients list benonite clay - doesn't this inhibit the absorption of prescription medications, like charcoal?

My bottle doesn't list that as an ingredient.  I sure love this stuff tho.  It has really helped my digestion.  Good luck!

I notice some labels list mastic gum as an ingredient and others list bentonite clay. which is one is in this product? i need to know before i buy it
