are there 320 napkins or 20 napkins?

Hi, there are 8 packs of 40 each for a total of 320 napkins. Not sure where you may have seen just 20 unless maybe the 3 was cut off. Hope this helps.

Seems that the neg reviews are all during covid. Anyone else notice substandard quality? I don't wanna waste $16 on napkins.

I bought them during COVID & also found that the quality was substantially less , Basically they fall apart when used. I have been using these for over 20; years, I hope it was a once off event. 😉
