My favorite Yellow Ochre
While Daniel Smith paints give me a bit of trouble when I dry them in half-pans, their Yellow Ochre is my favorite among others. Pigment they use is wonderful, feels very lightweight and pleasant to paint with. Rewets fairly well and is versatile in mixes. I would still wish it rewet a tad bit better, but can't complain.

Excellent light fastness, nice size tube, great rich color!
I love this yellow ochre watercolor from Daniel Smith. It is smooth like butter and have very nice transparency. It has excellent light fastness. You can obtain a nice smooth wash or layer it for a darker effect. It is a generous amount in this 15ml tube. I will be able to fill a half pan several times with this amount. Daniel Smith Yellow Ochre is one of my favorite colors.
