It saved our relationship!
I usually wake up at night cause my husband snores. So we use an App called snorelab to monitor his snoring during the night, it shows that his snoring is Loud and the snore score is high. Then I bought this anti snoring device for him. He tried to use it at night. After several nights, His snoring score gets lower. The snorelab app shows that he snores less now. It works really well
I was a little bit worried about it might not work for me when I brought it days ago. I have been using it for couple nights and my wife said it’s working for me surprisingly. The key to use it you can lightly squeeze the bulb to create suction on the tongue then find the perfect fit. It will take times. And run it under warm water…No smell，good material.

Can't Sleep With It
I use a CPAP and thought this would be a good backup device. But, since the air is dry and it doesn't hold the toung forward, for me, it isn't something I can use.

It works for me. Well, my wife has been complaining a lot with my snoring issue. It turned out my doctor can’t help me with his solution. They said it’s my tongue’s or nose’s issues. So I tried many products. I tried the mouth guards, the nose vents, and this tongue retainer. The retainer is better for me now and help me a lot. So I did some research about the reason. This retainer holds my tongue forward to keep my airway opened. So it helps. I felt uncomfortable at first and it took around one week to get use to sleeping with it..Finally she stop complaining..

my snoring is reduced now
I use a CPAP to help to sleep, but it don't work well recently. My friend recommend this item to me. Firstly, I just want to have a try. It took me almost a week to learn to use it. My tongue feels strange at first, but now I can sleep better and breathe more air. It works great!

Refused to wear
After doing extensive research, I discovered the source of my fiances loud snoring is carried by his tongue. Since that is tricky to cure....this seems to be the only solution :/ however he tried it on when it arrived and the suction was way too uncomfortable for him.Update: he hates it. It works to stop snoring but somehow it "falls off" during the night or he flat out refuses to wear it. I understand how it is uncomfortable, I tried it myself and don't blame him. On to better things I guess.
