Exactly as expected
My son sleeps so well in his halo sleep swaddles. He was born in the end I'd winter and the fleece ones were amazing, but as it's warming up we needed something lighter and so I ordered this and a different brand that was 1/2 the price. Washed them both and love that I can dry the halo in the dryer on low/gentle. It does take about 1.5 hours to dry that way, sometimes longer but so worth it as the other one you have to air dry and the zipper was still broken and now I have to try and return it. I guess you truly get what you pay for. The scary part about the other one is I was putting my son down in it for the 1st time, zipped it up and the zipper came off at the top by his mouth, if that hadn't broken when I was putting him down, it could've broken and gone in his mouth at night. Will only be buying halo from now on. And yes my son sleeps in the bottom corner of his bassinet haha

Great wearable blanket
I love that this is a wearable blanket that can be used to swaddle (optionally). My baby sleeps great on it. I wish I found this sooner.Edit: just a few days after wearing it to sleep, my baby Started to try to break out of it and ended up with the swaddle covering his mouth and nose. I don't think I will use this again. My baby is fine, but I don't want that to happen again and I can't sleep properly checking on this swaddle constantly

Favorite sleep sack
This was my favorite swaddle with my first and proves to be my favorite with my second. Cute and soft, but Velcro is study and keeps baby’s arms contained well. It takes a minute to make sure you get the wrap just right.

Nice
These are very nice but I wish they had more leg room. I was only able to use them for about a month with my baby who was born 7lbs 2 oz so average size but he grew fast and didn't have anymore legroom after the first few weeks.

Safe Sleep Sack
Awesome safe sleep sack. I used them for my son and am now using them for my twins. Halo is such a great brand. The quality is great and I love that you can use this swaddle arms out once they start rolling.

Mixed feelings on the various arm positions
Pros: leg room is good for hips and easy diaper changes. Like that instructions come inside the swaddle. Like the inner vest making unswaddling during awake times easy without fully removing swaddle.Cons: I used the newborn size for my baby shortly after birth (7 lbs at birth, started at 7.5 lbs more or less) and still using currently at 5 weeks (about 8 lbs 12 oz). I find newborn size a little large still for her and the swaddle flaps seem a little loose and want to encroach on her face. I can make it work safely with arms down but now she's fighting that position more and I tried arms up so she can suck her fingers (she spits her pacifier out at night and I need to get up to put it back in). Thought arms up would help as she'd fight it less and self sooth but I noticed that the material completely covers her face after a few minutes when I swaddle with arms up. Also I bought some small sizes to have on hand for the next stage but can't imagine she won't be rolling over by time she fits in it so I will be returning and trying the wearable blanket instead. Don't think I will like this product for arms out since the velcro sticks to everything and is quite annoying. Velcro is only helpful if actually using it to swaddle and then it's just the lesser of 2 evils (easier than old fashioned swaddling especially for my husband who hasn't mastered that yet).In summary, seems better for babies that are slightly larger at each age/stage of development or in the larger end of the size range listed on the product.Update: still using NB size and back to swaddling in arms down position. She is actually sleeping quite well in this position if I wait for true sleepiness to kick in before swaddling and use in a very dark room after a diaper change and bottle. This is my go-to product for night sleeping despite the cons but I still caution against the arms up position. I think consistency with arms down despite setbacks is key. Also fighting the swaddling process doesn't mean they will fight the swaddle once in it.

Just what we needed
These swaddles were great for our daughter. We loved them so much that I bought them for a baby shower gift as well.

Great summer time swaddle!
We received one of these swaddles at the hospital and baby loved it but it was a heavier wool material. We bought this same brand but in a light weight material and baby loves it! Easy to use ‘cheat’ swaddle.

Will keep your baby swaddled
Tried a few different swaddles but baby would get their arms out in the middle of the night anyway. This is the only one that worked. I think strong velcro and a large surface where you can stick it does the trick. Very happy with this purchase. Now we’re using it as a sleeping bag with arms out so also saved us money. Recommend.
