Korean Red Panax Ginseng 2000mg 120 Vegan Capsules Super Strength Extract NSF Certified Supplements, High Ginsenosides Supports Energy, Stamina, Performance and Clarity

This is the second brand of Red Panax Ginseng I've tried and the products, themselves are very fine. This one was purchased at a great price, too, especially for an organic herbal. Although, costs tend to fluctuate. I'd wanted to try RP Ginseng after reading of its benefits to women in Menopause. Unfortunately for me, both brands had induced awful headaches. Ginseng minorly affects Serotonin so may cause unwanted side effects for more sensitive folks. I've given it 5 Stars because it's otherwise a good quality product..just not for me, sadly. I hope others have a better experience and are able to tolerate it well. Your body will let you know. :)

I've taken Ginseng for a little under a year now, I don't notice a huge difference from it but I feel it helps me and I've felt less groggy in general when I wake up (tho this is probably just me) there is also a few other benefits studies suggest and it's worked pretty well for me. I've tried other brands but I've had a preferred brand but they recently raised their prices so I felt I would try this one.I kinda wish they where 1000mg's each as that's what I prefer to take, kinda feel I go through them a little quicker than I like taking 2 a day but I feel 1 alone doesn't really do anything for me. 1000mg's would be nice tho, I may buy another bottle of these not had any complaint but I still want to try others before I decide on a new brand to stick with.

As a diabetic I have struggled with controlling my a1c. I read an article that said that red ginsing helped with the bodies use of insulin. What could it hurt to try this was my thoughts. I ordered this product and began taking it. Within two days I began to see results. My morning blood sugar levels had dropped into the 80 to 110 range which is low for me. I have taken this for about three months now. On my last labs (May 2022) my fasting blood level was 63 and the a1c was 7.5. While the a1c isn't that great, this is the lowest it has been in a very long time. With a moderate change in diet I can expect to get the a1c even lower. I have been very pleased with the results of this product. There have been no issues with taking this product. No problems swallowing them and no issues with taste or heartburn.

Great value! Organic! Helps with my energy level and giving my body an extra boost to my immune system. Was recommended to take along with Pro-Berry by my Naturapathic Doctor when Covid-19 started. Since taking them I haven't really gotten sick much which is quite a change for me. Only a small amount of occasional sinus problems. Love it! Strongly recommend!
