You know those small little pimples in one place and then those painful deeper pimples that are kind of cystic. Usually I’d have to use several different products to bring them to the surface and get rid of them. This mask brought almost all of them to the surface within 24 hrs and I was able to easily clean my face up. It was like getting a facial but without any painful struggling or squeezing. Over the next few days I noticed that my face was getting better. The larger pimples were healing nicely and the small pimples dried up and disappeared. I followed the instructions and used the mask again the following week and my skin looked even better a few days after the second application. My skin can get light to moderate acne so it may take more or less time for someone else but this worked better than anything else I’ve tried before.You have to mix the powder with water or apple cider vinegar (I recommend braggs raw apple cider vinegar) but this extra step is so worth it. It’s fighting my acne and helping keep my pores clean. Using this once a week has helped alot.

Hi guys! I just wanted to say hello and tell you what a great job I think you are doing with putting out this product, customer service, and delivery. I did have some feedback you might find helpful. The mask itself is very straight forward and I like that you provide so much information about the product. I actually ordered the charcoal not knowing there was actually two different kinds. But that was okay. It is more than a little uncomfortable for me to wear and removal is daunting. I wish there was some way to get the results without the Intense feeling of dryness and cracking and having to put so much pressure during removal. But if it is worth it then I realize it is a give and take. I thought it would be super cool to get a package with a mixing bowl and maybe a spoon with a measuring device on one end and a mixing and application device on the other. You would of coarse expect to pay more for this option but as a single mom that doesnt have much time in the evening for masks this would be very useful and I would purchase it. Just a thought. I like this mask but I can't seem to get the consistency correct, then I end up with gray blobs all over my face. I also didn't realize it should be opened with caution and I spilt it all over. I've only tried mixing it with water, but maybe a different liquid would work better.

You don’t need a lot. I mix with half water and half acv. I see pictures of the other gals and you don’t need that thick of a layer. It dries up faster with less product. Still does the job. It will tighten your face as it dries and your face will probably be red afterwards for a bit...but that is how you know it is working. Good spa treatments will do the same. I was kind of surprised when I see some found this as a negative???Follow with a good moisturizer, your skin will feel amazing!!!I will also use it for spot treatment overnight, to dry up any acne. I honestly love this product and wanted to buy more but it’s not currently available. I’m hoping this is temporary.

So I used this with apple cider vinegar. Yes, the ACV stinks, and obviously you will smell that during your use of the mask, unless you use something else. I mix it up, spread it on, and leave it on for the instructed amount of time. It definitely tightens your face up during the time it's drying. When I first wiped it off (I suggest jumping in the shower to wash off, it's just easier), my face was red where the mask was BUT it went away after a little time. I use it once a week and I can definitely tell the difference in pore size and my forehead wrinkles. :)

I think the big thing people need to know is. If you have sensitive skin you really should only leave it on for like 10 minutes if you are using the Apple Cider Vinegar to mix the clay with. I was using water and it was clumpy and not really working well. I had to leave it on my face for about 20 minutes using water. No Redness, first time with the Apple Cider Vinegar left it on for 20 minutes... and my face was SOOOOOOOOOO red. It looked like I legit was out in the sun for like 3 hours and had a severe burn lol. It went away and it was fine.Another tip. Use a towel... SOFT towel and room temp water to rinse. wait about an hour before moisturizing. If the entire mask is dry and cracking you've left it on to long. It should be still sticky to the touch leaving it on to long the clay will get hard and when you wipe it off it will scratch ya skin.Hope this helps someone avoid what happen with me.
