Fits a standard sized pillowcase. Is not as comfortable as a normal pillowcase as quite stiff as you cannot wash with fabric softener. Checked my body AC voltage with a multimeter and confirmed a reduction in my voltage. When upstairs where you get higher voltage it reduced it from 4200 mV to 400 mV and when lying on the floor downstairs from 900 mV to 50mV. So yes, it works.

My EMF reader shows this making no difference, but I do wake up feeling more refreshed. Whether this is the placebo effect I do not know.We bought two of these, I’ve had no issues with them, had to return my husbands though as it just made his head sweat continually - not good if you are sensitive to polyester.Although I’m not overly convinced I’ll keep using it, just in case.Where’s my tin foil hat?

quality of fabric good but have to give only 1 star as I continuity tested all plugs, wires, connectors , but NOTHING AS ACTUALLY EARTHED???? obviously was not tested leaving factory! would suggest using a multi meter to see if an earth actually exists! also would recommend a clean earth! which is an earth not connected to the electrical system! I kept my purchase and earthed all the plugs wires and connectors myself and retested to my clean earth! hey presto all now ok!

This gave me electric shocks like tiny things pulling each hair on my neck. It took me a while to realise this was not right as I couldn't sleep where it kept hurting me. Not recommended st all. Total waste of money and disappointment.

I always have headaches, only taking medicine can ease it. Then I tried this pillowcase, it helped me a lot, I don't need to take medicine very frequently. I ask my neighbor, an electrician, to test this earthing sheet and plug, it has a great conductivity. Very worth my expense.
