**Q: Is this watch adjustable or not?**
A: If you are asking is the strap adjustable the answer is yes. I no longer use the watch and have gone back to the fitbit as it had to be charged 3 times a week and I was generally disappointed with it.

**Q: how do you make it smaller?**
A: Many thanks for your email. A local jeweller will also be able to easily adjust it for you. You could do this yourself at home but would require the appropriate tools to make the adjustment easy. I hope this helps.

A: you can check you tube for a video but it is best to take it to a jeweller to remove links.
