Uneven roasting usually happens when the batch size is too small. For best results, we recommend roasting 300g to 500g of green coffee beans per batch.

What should I do if the stirring rod gets jammed?

The stirring rod may get stuck if very small beans fall into the gap between the rod and the roasting pan bottom. Please remove the trapped beans immediately. Otherwise, it will damage the internal bearings.

How should I cool the roasted beans after roasting?

Immediately pour out the beans after turning off to prevent excessive baking. Separate chaffs and beans using a sieve

Does the handle get hot during roasting?

The handle is made of heat-resistant material and will not heat up easily. Please wear heat-resistant gloves if you need to touch other parts of the baking machine.

How should I clean the roaster after use?

After the machine and lid have completely cooled down, place the lid in the sink and clean the inside of the machine with a damp cloth
