They fit all of the manual operating pix machines

Q: Why would a 3" pick be used over a 2-1/8" pick? Is the longer pick for flowers with thick stems and 2-1/8" for smaller stem thicknesses?

No, I prefer the 3” pick because it gives you a little extra length when doing you’re arrangements and makes it bigger

Q: Do these steel picks come as individual, pre-cut picks or steel bars that need to be cut by a steel pick machine?

They are individual picks wrapped in a plastic sleeve I place them in my machine and then cut the plastic to avoid dropping them

Q: Can you use these without a pick machine

It’s possible you could use them by adding floral tape. But that would be as a last resort. . I don’t recommend using them without the machine, either tabletop or hand held.
