I've been taking Niacin a long time and I know it well. However, this is the first time I've purchased this brand and I can say with certainty that they have an issue during the packaging process. I always take 100mg of Niacin because it's strong enough for me but not too intense of a flush as is anything greater. I've taken 500mg and there is absolutely no comparison between the two. I've noticed that once every few days I'll get dosed with a 500mg tablet in this batch and it's annoying. Most days it's the typical 100mg flush that I'm used to and enjoy. Not too happy when I get a random dose of 4 times that amount additional. Please check your separation process because somehow there are 500mg Tablets ending up in your 100mg Bottles mixed together. I get a niacin flush with a light meal or stronger with no meal. Niacin is reported to have health benefits like help lower cholesterol etc. I am not making claims to such benefits, I use it for a different purpose. I bruise easily and niacin dilates small veins in the skin. Those small veins spread the blood out over a larger area. It makes the bruise less noticeable. After a couple of times it really helps. NOTE I doubt it does much for deep bruises, my bruises are near the surface.

I mainly ordered this from reviews stating that if you don't flush, then Niacin isn't working. My doctor actually recommended slo niacin which I have on subscribe and save. It was going to be a month before I got my next subscribe & save shipment so I ordered these to use until SloNiacin shipped. I did get flushing with these. I did find drinking cold water with and after seemed to help with it. I'm keeping these on hand in case I'm short on SloNiacin but I do prefer SloNiacin. From what I can tell, SloNiacin works as well as Nature's LIfe but not as much 'flushing'. I feel the same on both.

Quality seems to be fine, however if you are like me and break in half to take 2x daily, it's very difficult as the pills are very hard and brittle.

They seem to work really well and get me flushing quickly, in like 15 min or so. I have been taking three at a time and it gets me so flushed that I am hesitant to try 4 yet

They do what they're supposed to. Deal with the flusihing, just think, it means it's working. Cut in half, 100 mg is a lot to take at once. And dont take at the same time as multis containing niacin or nicotinic acid, you'll over-flush. Niacinimide is different. Do your homework.

My usual brand was unavailable indefinitely and after a few tries this seems to be a good replacement.
