My bathroom installer had the original screws break when he tried to use them so supplied his own. The brackets look nice but don’t keep still when you try to change the toilet roll, especially as the spindle is tight on the spring and doesn’t fit comfortably in the holes on the bracket. Really annoyed because if I remove it I’ll have holes in my new tiles. I’m going to buy a plastic spindle to see if it works better. Do not recommend.

It’s a bit cheap looking and it can be tricky to catch as you are frightened to break it as it’s onlu plastic which I didn’t know till it came ,

a standard toilet roll is too thick width ways when a new toilet roll is put on. its squished between wall and holder and doesnt turn/dispense easily. Once the toilet roll is used a bit and goes down it is fine
