Sunbeam Shower Massager and Head Set

these shower heads are about average of what's out there for the price. I wouldn't recommend them because they are totally plastic. we followed the directions carefully when we installed them but within 2days the second hose assembly was leaking so badly we had to remove it leaving just the main shower head which could not be used to bath the dog(the reason why we had purchased this type of detachable assembly was to make it better when bathing the dog or the grandkids). Needless to say we ordered a different brand for a little more money & all is now well!

This shower head was incredibly easy to install. The instructions were easy to follow and it even comes with plumbers tape! I had never installed a shower head myself before this one. It's easy to use and I love all the functions. You cannot use both heads at the same time though. Some of the pieces feel kind of cheap since they are all plastic (except the hose). The hose is very long and works great.UPDATE:Unfortunately since, like I stated in my first review, most of the pieces are plastic, a major piece ended up breaking. I can now no longer use the hose attachment without water spouting everywhere including the ceiling. The plastic attachment right after it closes off from the main shower head cracked majorly. Luckily if I just have it on the main shower head it doesn't leak out the crack but now there's no point of having this long hose hanging in my shower. I'll have to buy a new one and I will buy I better quality one that is not plastic. This one only lasted me two months.

It took me longer than usually to actually install this item because I received it while away on vacation. I finally got the chance to install the shower head and it was an unsuccessful. The item was missing the parts needed to install and the shower head itself was a total different size than the hand held device. And because I waited so long to install I am going to have to purchase another shower head. Very disappointed.

If you could leave zero stars I would. Horrible unit. If you use the directions on the package the hand held part hangs right in front of the shower head. Also, no way to turn the shower head spray area to get different sprays. Has only one spray and it's the outer ring......period. You get what you pay for!!!!!!!!! Would not recommend this to anyone!!!

We originally bought this off Groupon and my parents loved it so we found the exact one on amazon. Still love it!

How can I get a replacement or a refund? I received this product one month ago and thought it was fine. The went to use the removable shower head and...nothing but a mess. The inner hose had burst for no apparent reason. I see no way to contact the seller and only hope they make it right.

Initially the shower head worked BEATIFULLY. But after a 5-6 the hose on the hand-held broke (the metal-like casing and the rubber tube). Amazon promptly sent another one. Hopefully this initial showerhead was defective. Additionally, the hand-held shower head doesn't fit inside the "cradle" so I just sit it inside my shower caddy (which hangs directly underneath the showerhead). It definitely feels flimsy but worked nicely before malfunctioning.

Great product! High pressure works great! Would def buy it again.
