Flavor:Black Tea Love drinking black tea but want to explore new tastes and find the perfect blend? How about making your own organic tea blends at home? Discover how to blend your favorite organic classics such as Assam and Ceylon tea with surprising flavors like Bergamot & Lemon Peel or Lavender Buds with the Tea It Yourself Organic Loose Leaf Tea Sampler! If you’re reading this, then one thing's for sure; you too, like the rest of us at TIY, love drinking tea. What’s inside? ● Assam: a bold and malty Indian tea from the Assam region, this tea is often used for breakfast blends. Assam tea boosts energy levels and mental alertness due to its caffeine levels. ● Bergamot & Lemon Peel: this blend of Lemon Peel and Bergamot, an orange-like fruit that releases a citrusy smell and flavor, will complement any black tea. Bergamot has incredible healing properties proven by scientific studies, including as a treatment for anxious states and digestive trouble. ● Ceylon: hailing from the island of Sri Lanka, Ceylon tea leaves vary in flavour due to the varied richness of soil across the island. Ceylon can be bold and brisk, as well as have light notes of citrus, chocolate, or spice.● Lapsang Souchong: originally cultivated in the Wuyi region of China, this tea is dried over pinewood fire, conferring it a particular smokey taste. Its relatively low caffeine levels make it a great alternative to coffee to avoid sleepless nights.● Lavender Buds: dried lavender is known for its antiseptic properties, as a natural treatment for insomnia and sleepless states, as well as to improve respiratory health. ● Pu’erh: exclusively grown in the Yunnan province of China, Pu’erh is a prized tea, and the only fermented black tea (as opposed to oxidized). It is traditionally exported in a cake-shaped format and can have a wide range of flavors, but you will recognize it by its earthy, woodsy tone and, sometimes, tobacco or hay-like accents.

Hawthorne tea is not loose leaf
Not happy with product at all. It says in description the teas are loose leaf. The Hawthorne one is like a powder and this is the most important one I wanted. It controls my HBP. So now with NO RETURN I have to order another Hawtorne tea that is indeed loose leaf.
