Product description Sodium bicarbonate ear drops are alkaline, while ear wax is acidic, so they work by chemically dissolving ear wax rather than softening it. This means they work much quicker than olive oil.InstructionsOpen the ear drop bottle by breaking the safety seal and tighten the cap to pierce the nozzleTilt the head sideways with the affected ear uppermost; place 3-4 drops into the earKeep the head tilted down for a few minutes so that the liquid will spread and settle into the ear then plug the ear loosely with cotton woolUse the drop twice a day for up to seven daysAvoid touching the ear with the dropper tipNever insert any sharp or any solid object into ear Indications Ear Drops Ingredients Sodium Bicarbonate BP 5%w/v, Also contains: Glycerol BP & Purified Water BP Directions 1. Good stuff it makes the ear wax softer so its easy to remove

It Works
It works, however as with everything - when you’ve put the drops in your ears to help loosen build up of wax = when you lie down - you can feel the drops going down your ear canal - strange and weird experience. And in the morning - on your pillow or in my case my hair - loose wax - but it does work. These drops do work a lot better than other leading brands - and it’s a steal at the price. Recommend 5*****

Melts wax brilliantly
My ear was completely blocked and even a trip to a place that does suction removal couldn't budge it. I was recommended to use these drops a few times a day for a few days, and then return to complete the suction removal - but turned out these drops got everything out by themselves. Be warned it isn't pretty - the wax sort of melts and drips out over the course of using them which is a bit gross - but totally worth that for the relief of clearing a blocked ear.

Amazing!
After doctor said I had severe impacted wax in my ear, she suggested Sodium Bicarbonate. Was told to put drops in 3 times a day for 10 days. As these drops make the wax swell before it dissolves my hearing got worse. After 4 days of using it the wax started to run out of my ear but I was still very deaf. 2 days later I thought I'd try and use the water bulb I bought to flush my ear. It worked brilliantly and loads of wax came out. I'm still slightly deaf so will continue with the drops for another few days just to make sure I get it all out. I think I'm also going to use this once every couple of months as a preventative measure to stop my ear getting impacted again. Highly recommended.
