I ordered this for myself as my gym doesn't have a single-grip attachment, and tying a knot in standard ropes gets old when I am doing giant sets at the gym. The rope's construction is very solid, well made. No issues with it so far.

Does exactly what I needed to add to my routine. Gives me a lot more options vs just the lat bar. I can isolate, work range of motion, and try different angles to hit my muscles.Only 4 stars cause of the place of manufacture. China. Don't know what they used as adhesive and I'm in constant fear of the rope coming loose.

I bought 2 of these to use as attachments on my Free Motion Machine. They work great and give me a lot of flexibility. Recommend!

It's just the right thickness for a good grip and easy to clip on for some single handed tri extensions. The end seems securely fastened and it holds together well.Well worth the money.

great single rope for the price. No fraying of the rope despite multiple uses a week. No any different than a single rope you would find at a commercial gym
