Makes for a nice gift!
We got this for gifting and were very happy to present the people with it. Very well made. We particularly liked the default "font" style they use for their engraving. It is pretty and unique enough that it doesn't look like some standard, mass production engraved thing you get from the mall. The "flip side" of the platter is also wood, just not engraved, so if you want to use it for cheese or whatever you can still cut on it and not ruin the engraved side.The people making it were very pleasant to work with and got the platter made quickly. They are from the UK, so if you want the free shipping and live in the USA you want to order at least 2 weeks in advance. At its current price this is a very good deal and I would purchase from them again. We used it as a cake platter/stand, put this would work well for cheese, grapes, salami, etc., which will probably be its long term purpose.

I completely love my platter. It is BEAUTIFUL. The engraving is perfectly stamped into the wood. The only think I did not like was it is a little small so we did not use it for the cake. We have it just on display for the wedding

Good product but missing gift box
I loved the product but I did not receive the gift box I ordered.That's the only issue I had with it, the board itself is modern and has a very elegant design.The words were perfectly centered and there were no impurities in the wood.I would have given five stars but for the missing box.
