Sooooo pretty! I have had these for over a year, I think. The colored filament, rather than having the glass colored, design makes the colors very vibrant and special. They are still working fine. I did buy a dimmer for the string. Just attach it and I can adjust the brightness down a bit.

We love these lights! They are fairly bright and the colors are nice. Just be aware that the glass appears to be of variegated color in the image, but it seems that image was cut out of the image with the color-lighted background. The glass is clear as is stated in the descriptive link. The LED's are what give these light their colors. Also, if you are attaching to existing lighting, this has the 2-prong plug with one slightly larger prong. Lots of decorative lighting doesn't have this larger prong, so you may not be able to plug these lights into them...at least, until you modify the prong. I took a Dremel tool and used a grinding stone to grind down the larger prong. It took about 5 minutes and worked perfectly.

As mentioned by others, clear glass with colored filament. I think this makes it look even better. It may not be shatterproof, but I was aware of this before I purchased. I really like that they are led and do not generate much heat. Really pleased overall.

Just added these to my deck rail and they are awesome very bright and colorful. I really like them but the glass bulb is very fragile when adding to deck I barely touch a bulb to deck and it broke. also 2 lights have already burned out. Replacement bulbs are $14.99 I don't want to return them because I really like them. But now I am out more money for replacement bulbs.

These are old school vintage GLASS bulbs , I got the multicolored and I love them very much. Unfortunately I was going to use them for my patio but I decided not to , because of the glass bulbs ( where I live there is often heavy wind and rain) . I might have to return them but I am searching all over my apartment to see where I could hang them, the colors are magical. I gave stars off for durability because of the glass, but the cords are sturdy and it comes very well packed. I also do not think they are easy to install as the instructions say to remove the bulbs before hanging, that would mean keeping track of the colors in order to replace them the way you want the colors to go.Despite all that, I am not 100% I want to return them :) they are very pretty.Update: I am keeping them! I love them too much to return :) customer service is wonderful. I broke one of the bulbs ( so be careful everyone!) and Margot is replacing it!

Perfectly lights my 16ft greenhouse! I have it attached to an inline switch and it works great. See pictures for shots of it off and on. I'll try to remember to get a night picture so you can see how well this works. If you are planning on using this to "mood-light" a patio, greenhouse, room, or anything else, BUY it! They are perfect for this! Lighted length is about 15 ft. Then there is about 8ft of unlit length to the plug. I must not be sensitive to LED lighting because I notice no flickering like a few other people. Or they got a defect. The only time these flicker for me is if I'm trying to take a picture of them, due to the "refresh rate" of LED lights conflicting with the camera.

The media could not be loaded. I love them, bright, colorful, hung them up on Thanksgiving day, Running non-stop (24 hrs./Day) since,and Not a single bulb failed as of yet. Good quality.The blinkers above the door and window are from a different vender.The globe bulbs along the side towards the back porch in video are froma different vender. (The total light count was 91 lights)

Bulbs are easy to break. Long enough around my Tiki BAR 🍺
