Nice affordable filament
Been testing this new filament, it works well at lower printing temps, 195c is a good baseline. It is very affordable and the print quality is nice. It arrives in a brown cardboard box and is vacuum sealed in a thick bag inside with desiccant. There was a small tangle at the start of the roll and is shown in the pictures, it must be caused when the person packaging the roll was locking the filament on in the keeper holes of the spool. The tangle was undone in about 2 wraps. Print at a lower temp 190c-195c, it likes to run a bit at 200c and will cause stringing. Overall the colors look good, the blue is a nice bright blue, and the grey is a nice solid grey which is great for painting. The filament is flexible when handling and was not brittle when loading. The texture of it was smooth. It is quite worth it for the price! I would try the other colors in the future.

Dry and usable right out of the box. Use a high print temperature for good results
Use higher temperatures with this filament than you normally would for PLA.Silver PLA is glossy and reflective - on par with the silver PETG I also use.The filament is dry and usable right out of the box. With inexpensive filament I sometimes have to dehydrate it before it is usable.Inexpensive filament is hit or miss. This one is a hit. I sell my prints and am looking to lower my materials costs and print time. I used the silver filament on a Prusa MK4, 0.4mm nozzle, with input shaping. Based on the other reviews I started out with 230C first layer, 225C other layers, 60C bed. Got it printing nice on the first try.

Do a temperature tower or just crank up the nozzle temp!
This color is beautiful. I had issues with the filament initially though. My first print failed over night because the nozzle clogged. I changed the nozzle and tried again, clogged again. So I put it on my other printer and kept a close eye on it. It was leaving little gaps in the infill but the perimeters were fine. Couldn’t figure out why. I had it at 205° and cranked it up to 215° and kept watching and it nearly stopped. So I bumped it up to 217° and that was the magic number. People seem to leave negative reviews when they have problems but often don’t try to figure out the issue (and there are endless possible issues with 3D printing). I could have left a negative review for clogging my nozzles twice, but spent some time trying to figure it out and I absolutely love this filament. My point is, don’t avoid a filament based on a few negative reviews, give it a chance. If you have problems, do some tests. Also, I had zero problems with adhesion with this filament (glass bed and no adhesives.) It stuck perfectly and I didn’t need to wait for my bed to completely cool to pop it off. And yes, I know that’s a lot of infill in my photos, I need weight to it. 😸

Inconsistent
I've used several spools of SuperFila PLA and been quite happy with them. They were consistent with nice print quality that worked for me. However, this one came with a broken spool, came in different packaging, and had different labels than all my previous purchases. This spool of PLA is more brittle, layer adhesion is poor, and visual print quality is terrible. They must have used a different supplier this time around. I may have been able to work out some of the print quality issues with a bunch of testing and adjusting, but the reason I had been sticking with this brand was because I didn't have to go through that every time! I already went through that process and was happy with the results for several spools. I'm not willing to go through testing and adjustments for every single spool I buy from the same brand. I'll just pay a little more for Hatchbox or Overture from now on.

It works OK with a 0.8mm nozzle, not super great for smaller nozzles.
I'm now on my 20th spool of this stuff. It works OK but not fantastically well. Here are my Pros and Cons for this one:Pros:- Does work OK with a 0.8mm but anything smaller than that and you may experience nozzle clogs.- Actually looks white, where some other "white" PLA's will actually have an off-white color.- Still Inexpensive even after the price hike.Cons:- Filament diameter/accuracy varies a lot more than most other PLA's I've tried. I get blobs and zits no matter what (and no matter what nozzle size) where other PLA's will give me perfect prints (and yes, I've experimented extensively with ooze, retractions, wipe, temperature, etc. settings. Not sure I would recommend this for 0.4mm nozzles. This tends to be different per spool as well. Some spools seem to give better results than others.- Sometimes get broken spools - where the plastic spool itself looks like it was dropped. Might be due to poor packaging in shipping boxes.- Winding is not great. Often gets stuck and pulled off of the spool holder. Winding seems to be somewhat random. I've gotten some good ones and some bad.- Price went up. Used to be $10.99, which made it a pretty good deal even for a not so good PLA. Now that the price went up, I still think it's an OK deal but if it goes up even $1 more dollar then it won't be worth it (current price is $14.99).- I hear it popping a lot during printing - I assume due to bubbles/moister forming in the filament... even though my enclosure is dehumidified and the humidity in there is ~19% (very low). I think it comes with some moister already in the filament so you might want to dry it out.- It gets very brittle if left unused in a cool environment. I've had to keep it stored in my large enclosure where it's pretty much always warm.Overall I think it's still an OK PLA for parts that don't need to LOOK perfect... and if you're using a 0.8mm nozzle. I don't use this with my 0.4mm nozzle though. Too many clogs/inaccuracies. And just store it in a warm place. Would have been a lower star rating if it were more expensive but I still think you're getting an OK filament for the price.
