Very helpful for taking care of pet turtles

Good book. Some information. Not a large book so not so much details but enough.

It's a great book for first timers, or for anytime for anyone who wants to or already has some pet turtles. Very colorful. Very useful information on even just learning about turtles. Turtle on the cover is cute too.

this book gives you all necessary info about water turtles, great for bigginers, many good ideas, I would recomend to my friends

While I'm thankful I was able to figure out what kind of turtle I have but it wasn't the most indepth

good summary of critical points and rearing requirements including pitfalls, housing specifics and health issues. A good beginners guide to have prior to obtaining these turtles as pets

just got terrapins and had no idea what to do with them.this book really helped n gave me many ideas on how to better my terrarium

I have recently reviewed another Turtle book of which was no where near as good as this one.I stated last time that I have kept Fish and Terrapins for over 35 years and whilst I can recommend many Fish books, I would have found it difficult to recommend a Turtle/Terrapin book until now.I can highly recommend this one, the layout of the book makes it easy to read and understand plus it is backed up with some great photographs and drawings.
