This was a purchase for the Nurse Honor Guard and used for Final Roll Call. It has a nice "ding" to it and it's not harsh. It's easily held in your hand and easy to strike. I received a plastic & wooden hammer chich gives off just a little different sound. Good purchase.

I ordered this for my classroom. I use it when the children are being too noisy, once they hear the chime it reminds them to lower their voices and it works like a charm!

This was too quiet to use in my classroom of 24 students. I had to ring it several times consecutively in order for students to hear it over the noise of the classroom. Depending on the purpose for which you’re using it, it may be great: it’s simple, easy to transport, and has a nice pitch. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for classroom use.

Excellent price for this product. The tone is sweet. Not to sharp, and not at all dull.

This would be a good musical instrument, but not a chime for meditation. It is not resonant and is the same intonation as the text alert chime on my iPhone. Exact same note and pitch. Weird.

Good resonant tone. Sound is sweet and mystical, Seems to be a C# in pitch.
